Works good as sunblock and moisturizer. Keeps face shiny though.
Finally a hydrating sunblock! Itâs super thick and creamy, but it feels light after applied if that makes any sense..I canât feel it on my face like other heavy creams. It does take time to fully absorb, about 15 minutes, which Iâm not too crazy about. Iâve used foundation over it but after itâs fully absorb otherwise it just sits on my skin and looks weird. This could happen because of the kind of foundation I use. Other foundations might apply differently. Youâd have to try what you have to see what happens.I have very sensitive skin and so far this day cream has not caused me any breakouts or skin issues which happens with many other products.Underneath this cream, I always use a vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serums.At times they vitamin C causes skin flaking because thatâs what itâs meant to do ( research for further information) this cream helps by reducing the flaking and irritation vitamin C causes. Especially if I use a at home chemical peel or glycolic acid peel prior. With my skin irritated at times, or if I do a face scrub, this cream does not burn or make my skin itch. So this cream is more then just a sunblock due to the extra hydration is provides. So far Iâm happy with it. Itâs not too expensive and itâs a good quality which can be hard to find. I will continue to use this as my day cream and will buy on Amazon as long as it doesnât exceed the $16 price point. I happened to get this bottle on sale for around $14. I think itâs worth it.A little goes a long way. You definitely do not need a full pump to do your face and neck. Otherwise itâs just wasting it.In the evening I use their night cream which is even more hydrating. I originally received samples of their day and night cream from my dermatologist. Iâm happy she gave them to me to try before buying full sized bottles.CON- the only one is that my face stays wicked shiny! Unless I use a Matt face cream over it, that helps a little bit but doesnât get rid of it completely. So if that an issue for ya, I would skip this. Although I havenât tried a Matt foundation over it yet, so that could also help. So keep that in mind.

Sensitive eyes should avoid
Itâs moisturizing enough but not anything special. if you have sensitive eyes, purchase something else. the active ingredients are eye irritants and gradually sink to your eyes even if you arenât putting it directly on your eyelids. it makes me eyes water for hours on end if i put it on at the beginning of the day. it has an alcohol smell when you first apply.

I got this moisturizer because I might have eczema and eucerin is market leading product to help combat redness from that. I’ve been using it on my face and neck and it really helps keep me moisturized all day long. I have combination skin so I get a little shiny towards the end of day but my skin looks great!
