My fingers dry out when I use city water or wash dishes with dish soap. As yet, the best lotion I have found is Eucerin Original Healing Rich Body Lotion for Extremely Dry, Compromised Skin. It really helps, I use it three, sometimes four times a day, and yes, it is oily. I just need to remember what my fingers are like without it. It amazes me how quickly the lotion is absorbed into my skin, and how much it helps the dryness.The pump began leaking after the first few days, but so far it is easy to keep from being a big mess.I would give five stars for the Lotion, but I think the leaking pump is worth at least one.

This is the best lotion there is it is thick and truly softens the skin. Iâve tried very expensive creams cheap creams & none are as good as this. Plus price is great on this pump bottle.
