Item received is not what is pictured
I thought I was going to receive the 3 in 1 bottle which you can use on the face as well as hands and body but instead, I received a bottle of just hand and body lotion. I have used the 3 in 1 lotion for several years so I was able to compare the list of ingredients with the new body lotion and they were the same so I decided not to return it.I love this stuff. I have extremely sensitive skin and most products cause immediate irritation and rash on my face, including the natural moisturizers. I’ve spent a lot of money trying to find something that doesn’t irritate my skin and something that actually works on my dry skin. I know it’s hard to imagine that a huge 32oz bottle of inexpensive moisturizer could actually work, but it really does. I still occasionally try something else, but I always come back to this stuff. The smell is divine and lasts forever. Absorbs quickly, has no greasy feeling, is perfect for an under-foundation moisturizer, and takes care of that horrid dry flaky skin from dry winter weather.

Great product from a great company
I love this brand. Consistently good products at reasonable prices, and I buy them often. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer (Iâm probably missing something.) All cruelty free and vegan! Whatâs not to love? Their moisturizers are just the right consistency for me- easily absorbed and hydrating with subtle fragrances. This coconut and lemon is lovely!

Our favorite lotion – everyone keeps stealing it!
We have had family members like this lotion so much that they took some home in ziploc bags until they could order some of their own. Smells good, feels good. My family is very picky about lotion and everyone loves it, especially in the harsh dry NY winter.

Not packaged properly
This review is in regards to the packaging and shipping. The lotion itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, the seller did not package it properly and I received an explosion of lotion in a bag. This item is not returnable!

Lotion is great, but I didn’t get what I ordered, shipping was horrible and it is non-returnable.
This is a really good line of products and I’ll certainly buy them again. However, there were some issues with this order.I ordered this based on the 3 in 1 description. I got the hand and body lotion. Still a great product, but not what I ordered. They also sent it in a soft envelope and wrapped in a little plastic. It of course arrived with lotion busting out of the bottle and all over the plastic covering. I’ll find this local next time so that I can get what I’m really after without having to clean up a mess. It is also not eligible for returns/replacement.

Long delivery time
I love this lotion but the delivery time is nearing 3 weeks (ordered Jan. 19 and still not here as of Feb. 6). So keep that in mind if you order. Back to lotion itself, it’s clean ingredients and doesn’t go on greasy at all. It was in stock when I ordered so who knows, deliveries all around are impacted by weather, etc. I can’t give it 5 stars because it hasn’t arrived but if it did, I would have.
