Game/Life Changer!!
I was fortunate to have the product delivered and waiting for me when I got home from work! Needless to say I needed a shower and I wanted to try my new towel warmer. I’ll say this, it will be hard for me to go back to using a normal room temperature towel in the future lol. I’ve used warm bed sheets, pants, etc…before but it is such a pain to wake up travel downstairs and put things in the drier first thing in the morning. Then if I want a hot towel I’d have to get out of the shower soaking head downstairs to get the towel from the drier. Def not worth it.Buuuuut this product makes a warm towel there in your bathroom anytime you need it. And i can now say once you dry off with a warm towel you’ll be er go back, especially if you live in a winter climate, it’s phenomenal!!The product itself works great. Set timer for 20-30 minutes for a warm warm towel, I also toss in my jersey shorts for the morning. There is a delay button on it so I can essentially set it up to turn on when my alarm goes off or 15 mins prior with a towel in it from the night before and have that towel be ready when i get out of the shower. There’s plenty options in 30 min increments of timed head and timed delay to make the product works right for you.One of the best features is it collapses and is portable so take it with you wherever needed, vacation, hotel, friends house, wherever. Takes 2 minutes to assemble the hangers and extend it to put the legs in, viola it’s ready to go.Trust me you’ll want one of these to enjoy the feeling of a warm towel after a shower. This product has worked great so far and I’ll update if there’s any issues! I love this towel warmer. I love that it’s collapsible so that I can store under my bathroom cabinet when not in use. I love being able to put my towel in on a cold day and it’s warm when needed. I use this ofen.

Bad design , really bad
I bought this as a Xmas gift for mom and decided I should check it out before giving to her. (She’s 88 years old, has to be uncomplicated)It comes tightly packaged so kudos for that!After putting it together, plugging it in, I got an E1 message on the display. Go find out what the E1 error means……. I’ll wait …… Did ya find it yet?Keep searching. It’s not in the manual and nowhere online. The only thing I could find with this companies name on it was a food warning mat.”Assembly” is a complete pain in the rear. The inner supports are hard to install because they have to fit tightly. I bought this one because it’s supposed to be collapsible and easy to store. Technically it is collapsible, but it’s as miserable to remove the support posts as it is to install them. So technically it a piece of garbage.With everything designed to be able to fit inside for moving/travel, I gave up trying to store the parts and jammed it all inside, gave up on closing the outer latches that keep it locked tight when storing/traveling, and stuffed it back in the box. For the record the outer latches could not be cheaper. They do not lock tightThe only other positive I can give is the power cord unwraps nicely. Doesn’t wrap back up as well but they can’t all be winners.Returned.

Great Portable Towel Warmer
I have used it once so far and I ran it on the shortest heating cycle as a test (20 minutes) with one single large sized bath towel. I was very pleased with the result. Beyond that it seems to be made of good materials and the setup/breakdown is super easy. This would be great to throw in the car and take to a hotel on a road trip or stow away (due to small size) during the summer months and use during the winter months. It has some other length heating times and also a drying function that I haven’t used yet. Gets warm really quick when you turn it on, and the fan noise level when it is running is very quiet overall. I can also say it is very lightweight.

Warms well, doesn’t smell great
There’s good and not so good with this. The good is that it heats up quickly and effectively, which is the primary function. That’s a win. The biggest complaint: it gives whatever you warmed up a not great smell. It’s not unbearable but it’s strong. The second complaint is construction. Putting it together is not super easy. We had to get the first one replaced because a piece broke (which they replaced quickly). You have to put a good bit of umph and effort into assembly.Overall, 3/5 seems fair. It does the job it’s supposed to but the smell takes a little bit of the glamour away, and assembly could be easier.
