great layout and lots of great tips on mindfulness and gratitude
I really like the format of this journal – it has a lot of great tips in the front pages followed by two-page daily pages with prompts to record your thoughts, a large page for journalling and a visual checklist ‘daily pulse’ to record your mood, hydration, nutrition, screen time etc.The front section starts out with some basic mental health information and a few pages to record your current situation, identify some core values and what you want for the future. There are additional reference pages on anxiety, depression, reframing negative thoughts, self-care, mindfulness and so forth These can be beneficial to anyone i think – everyone goes through ups and downs and can benefit from some of the strategies shared in this journal. There is also a habit tracker which can be very useful when trying to instill a new habit since you have a visual record of your progress. You can write it whatever it is that you want to track – there is plenty of room for tracking daily, weekly and monthly habits! For those new to journalling there are also some sample filled-in pages to get an idea of how to use this book.I think this will be a ‘go to’ book for me, especially the front reference materials. Sometimes when life ‘hits’ you it is nice to have something to leaf through to get tips to get yourself back on track. The book has a large ring binding so it lays perfectly flat when opened, and a subtle gold-embellished design of leaves, sun and crescent moon on the front – which feels very serene. The cover i’d call a very light lavender – almost neutral – and it comes with two ribbon bookmarks.

Nice journal for self care
This journal has been a nice tool for my wife as she manages her mental well-being. The daily prompts are thoughtful and guided, and encourage mindfulness and self-care.

Absolutely amazing
I’ve seen a few other journals like this and they basically were just tracking your mood with little bubbles you fill in and that’s about it. Nice idea but not that helpful. This journal, on the other hand, is absolutely amazing! I’ve been in therapy for quite a while and studied a lot of therapy methods on my own and I was extremely impressed with how this journal is laid out. The first chunk of pages contains a ton of information and worksheets for stuff like depression, anxiety, boundaries, self-care, goals, and even a safety plan. I’m at a point where I’m suffering from severe autistic burnout which leaves me with a lot of depression and anxiety and I’m trying to turn that around so this journal was exactly what I needed to start getting myself back on track. The daily pages are amazing too. It’s not so much writing about your thoughts during the day or simple things like that. It encourages you to create mind maps, make to-do lists, brainstorm, and allows you to track things like hydration, energy level, screen time, etc. Even just tracking these things daily will make you more mindful of it.I think this journal is a great tool for anyone who wants to overcome some mental health hurdles. I can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful mental health journal!
I really like this mental health journal! It’s great for taking time to myself and having a “me” moment. I like how I can focus on the entries and what I write. It’s been helpful for my anxiety, depression, and adhd. The pages are bound perfectly and nothing is loose. It’s a great journal for self care and motivation. I use it in the morning and the evening. It has enough entry pages for 100 days. When this one is full I will purchase this same journal so I can write in it every day. It’s a nice journal and I think it’s worth buying!

A great gratitude journal
Really liked this model for a gratitude journal. I also use it to take notes from church and find that it really helps when I reflect on gratitude. Awesome gift or for personal use.

Covers a lot of territory
I like that this journal has a lot of good reminder statements and ways a person can use it to identify how they are feeling, the reason for the feeling and ways to process, and it also cues people to identify and write down positive things that happen even when they are feeling depressed. You definitely need to read the ‘how to use this journal’ section in order to understand what each section is for and how to find different things.
