Love this!
A perfect way to reflect on the day â the good, the difficult, the beautiful. It is laid out beautifully and the questions cause me to rethink my day and pause to give thanks, both morning and then again at eventide. Thank you for your beautiful work, Tsh.

Enjoying my Daily Examen
I was hesitant to purchase this journal because I have a steady practice of morning journaling, and I have done a daily gratitude practice when Iâm struggling with hard seasons of life. However, I wanted to try Tshâs format of morning and evening gratitude and I liked the addition of stating what I know to be true about God and/or myself. Plus, the identifying what is one, just one, thing that I can do to make my day better has helped me to focus on my ability to discern what I can do to bring lightness to my life.I faithfully use this journal each day and love the way it helps me to focus for the start of my day and to release for the end of my day. After I finish it, I will continue the practice either in another hard copy or in a blank notebook.

A good reminder
This journal is for recording what you are grateful for. You make your entries at the beginning and the end of each day.

Daily reflection/Examine for ppl who arenât good at it
âAn unexamined life is not worth livingâ -Socrates I love the simplicity of this journal, itâs beautifully done. The cover is well designed and it would be good for men or women or even teens. Highly recommend if you need a little push to do a morning and evening reflection. Takes all of 5 min to do, which is very doable for even the busiest person.

Easy examen for the rest of us
This is a great 65 day journal to help you navigate the Ignatian examen in written form. It is Christian/Catholic in spirit but could be used by any theist religion.

Not a sound, Christian resource
1. It was helpful to have a journal to remind yourself to be thankful of things morning and night.2. This book caters to all walks of life, so if you desire a distinctly biblical Christian journal, I wouldn’t buy this one.
