Excellent, realistic-looking quality candles. (Almost) best flame effect I’ve seen!
Review of: Thorbling 9 pcs Flickering Flameless Realistic LED Pillar Candles, ASIN: B0DSVW952M.These are super nice LED candles. There are 9 in the box of various heights. Simply insert two AA batteries in the base of each candle, flick the switch, and you’re off and running. Use one of the remotes to customize the experience with a timer, limited brightness adjustments, and solid or flickering flames.So what makes them nice? The “flames” are static and don’t move inside the kind of patterned inside of the candle. The patterned inside makes the view of the “flames” a bit obscure, which greatly helps the effect. The flames themselves seem to be made up of several LEDs each. This makes the candle flickering effect more like one of those full size flame bulbs for regular light sockets, than then simple dimming and brightening of a single LED that you find in most LED candles. The effect is very realistic, if you don’t look too closely, and rivals my favorite kind of LED candles where the light is projected onto a flame-shape backboard through a lens that moves due to magnetism.Nine is a lot of candles, so, with the 2 included remotes, you can split them into 2 sets, or put them all together. The LED flames are quite realistic looking and lovely and calming, but they aren’t the brightest, Thorbling is definitely doing something right with these! Paired with my rechargeable AA batteries, I’m hoping these will last a very long time!

I Need How Many Batteries!?!?
Very cool flame effect, The wife thought it was a real flame.Nice that they can be controlled by a remote.They do feel very cheap quilty, very light weight.The only real downside to this is you need 18 AA batteries if you want them all one, and NO they do not come with the batteries, thats a complete bummer. Had I known I probably would have skipped.If you got a never ending supply of AA batteries then this might be for you.
