    Starting a fitness journey?!
    I’m so excited to start using this journal! I am restating my fitness journey and I needed something I little bit more flexible in the spine. This is spiraled so it’s good to flip all the way over to write. I’m LOVING the grocery idea list for healthy foods and how to shop. I love that it has some exercises if you don’t know where to start. The blank calendar is nice to keep yourself accountable and use daily. I’m not a body weight tracker but it has that too! It is pretty thin ish but I would buy this for over and over again

    Love the book
    This is perfect for me because it’s not an extensive for both food and exercise but perfect enough and size to record everything to keep track and take with me.my only complaint to the company that didn’t give 5 stars is that starting out why didn’t you put the exercise across from the food entry page? I liked that they are across from each other so I started the first day without the exercise page and used the last entry of exercise in the back for the first entry just so they were across from each other each day to avoid flipping. Minor detail but important to me . I’ve had a lot of these journals and I like this the best for easy tracking. On my weight loss journey I bought a separate journal for the mental journey and manifestation of a healthy mental daily journey.. they both are important… exercise, food and mental note each day . Good luck to all!

    Cute food journal
    My daughter stared with a person trainer at the gym and the personal trainer asked that she get this journal. Its really easy to use lots of helpful sections. It’s about the size of a journal size notebook and the stickers inside are cute. Its a great quality item.

    I purchased because I liked that it had workout poses and grocery list to help keep track. I was disappointed to see it is not made to track for the full year. Calendar pages are only for 3 months.

    Super helpful to keep track of everything I’m eating during a weight loss journey. Especially that I can also track protein, fat and carbs and it’s not solely focused on calories. Love that it’s also both food and exercise. It is a bit of a pain that it only lasts around 3 months – especially when my weight loss journey is going to last a lot longer than that.

    It was a bit delayed in shipment. I opened it up and a few of the pages were upside down. You can’t fix it unless you pull the pages out and rip them out. So that is a bit annoying. But I will deal with it. It is not worth the price, that is for sure.
