Works well and keeps towels consistent temperature

Horrible quality
Doesn’t warm towels at all. Initially they were overly damp but after drying them and misting them with a spray bottle they ended up cooling down in the machine vs when they came out of the dryer. It is a good sized one but without working it just takes up space.

Keeping towels warm but is Poorly constructed
Today is day one and So far itâs been getting my towels warm. But itâs not constructed well. You can see from my photo the brackets to hold up the baskets are not even. Not a huge deal so Iâm going to keep it. For now.

Slow to heat up to 110 degree, not well constructed
This took over an hour to reach up to 110° and then it would not maintained that. It went down to below 100°. There are plastic burrs all over the product, tiny places where paint is missing, the drip tray does not smoothly pull in and out. It deteriorates its own plastics surface as you pull the drip tray out. You can see on one side wall it not tightly attached. On the seam you can actually see a tiny amount of the insulation inside the warmer. This strikes me as a factory second. I called Amazon and ask if this was a use product. They said it was not. I gave this a two rating because it doesnât hold heat and itâs poorly made. If somebody wanted to pay $20 for it because they didnât need a high heat, it might be good for them.

Great for toasty warm towels but the instructions are very contradictory
Review I for: ForPro Classic Hot Towel Warmer Cabinet with UV Sterilizer, Extra Large Capacity, Two Stainless Steel Racks, Signature BlueWhile I am quite happy with the performance of this towel warmer, I am very confused about the instructions on the product page vs the instruction booklet that is included with the warmer. The book states that the warmer will heat your towels to 180 degrees in 30 minutes and then it will stay on to keep them warm. That appears to be exactly how mine works. There is no time option and the warmer does stay on until you turn it off. I did not test the temperature but the towels do not get hot enough to burn you.There is also a UV option. You can turn that button on and it is supposed to be finished within 15 minutes and the UV should turn off, it does not ever turn off on my machine.If I were to ignore the instruction booklet, which was fairly accurate, I would read the following from the product page:Towel warmer heats up in only 1 minute and reaches a maximum of 265°F temperature in only 10 minutes.Towel warmer heats up in only 1 minute & reaches 265°F temperature max in 10 minutes. 1 button touch control 15, 30, 45 & 60 minutes. Natural bamboo handle & base adds beauty to any room.The above is not the case with this towel warmer. I believe these instructions are meant for a different towel warmer because the unit pictured matches the unit that I receive and it does not have a natural bamboo handle and base, temperature options, timer options and it does not heat up to 265 at all, let alone in 10 minutes.The instruction booklet suggests that you dampen your towel before putting it into the unit. I decided to try only misting it with a water bottle and that works great. My towel comes out steamy and warm. I use the super large bath towels and it works better without the second rack. I roll it and put it on the bottom rack. If you use a basic bath towel, two will easily fit in the unit.Do keep in min that this unit takes up quite a bit of space and of course, needs a plug in. This combination of a plug and counter space are certainly not available in all baths.This unit would be a five star item if the seller would fix the product page.Update from Jan 14. After checking the product page again, I see that the seller has updated the product page and it now reflects the correct information. My review has changed from 3 starts to 5. It is rare to see a seller fix something like this and I commend them!

Works fine with a little trick
At first, warmer didn’t heat up the towels that well. The towels were not very hot. It also has a lot of condensate. I noticed the cut/opening of the door gasket was at the bottom of the door. I repositioned the gasket such that the opening of the gasket is at the top. See the attached photos. Now the towels come out very hot from the warmer.

Oh no, what???
I am a massage. Therapist, I had an elite pro hot towel, warmer for 13 years. I finally had to discard of it. The heating element was wearing out. When I was looking for the new replacement. I saw this cute little blue, two -n- one sanitizer and warmer, unfortunately for me cute was all it was. I was so busy the week that it was delivered to me that it took me two weeks to get it out of the box and to get it set up I was so excited the first two weeks it was OK, I just figured because it was new and everything, it had that new plastic smell, but after using it for a few more weeks, I noticed little blue pieces of plastic on my floor, and then all of a sudden the door fell off, I donât understand and Iâm not quite sure if perhaps I just got a lemon, because I had read the reviews and the reviews I got they were positive. I donât really have anything positive to say about this other than itâs blue and itâs cute, I hope everyone else has had a more longevity use of this particular warmer than I have .ðð
