Buyer beware, not useful
I am a licensed massage therapist. I am in the process of opening up my own business. I purchased this unit recently. I looked at a lot of online reviews and in many this brand was top rated. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. I did a few test with this and i am extremely disappointed. I use towels that are slightly bigger than the 12×12 face towels, they are hand towel sized ~18×24. You have to put them in diagonal but you can fit about 10 in per shelf, so 20 per heater. The first test i did was with 6 towels in total, it took 2 HOURS to heat it up to 120 degrees. that’s pretty pathetic. Next test i put 9 per shelf, 18 in the unit. In 90 min it got to 102 degrees. It took 2 and a half hours to get them to 120 degrees. You could grab the towel and tell that there was heat in it but it didn’t burn you. In most homes that’s lower than your hot water tank setting. That is totally unacceptable. I may use up to 5 per client, which means i would have to replace the towels in the cabinet. I don’t have 2-3 hours to wait for the towels to heat up before accepting another client. In the few places I’ve worked in the past, the towels would heat to ~140 degrees within 30 minutes. The towels would be to hot to directly place on the client but you give it a few seconds and its fine. How these got rated so high is beyond me, it definitely wasn’t a therapist that rated these. Unfortunately i will be returning this useless paperweight, but since I’ve poured just about all had into getting set up to open, i don’t have enough to buy a replacement. Now its possible I’ve gotten a defective unit, but its a dual unit and both heat at the same rate. Each unit has its own element. I’ve tried contacting the company but they are closed over the holidays.

Slow to heat
If you are a professional therapist, this is not worth the low price. The tone to heart up towels to a temp your guests will enjoy is HOURS. The depth is also pretty small, will not hold many towels, bowls, heat wraps…

Don’t buy this warmer!
What a mess! I bought this warmer while my Studio was under construction. So I never took it out if the box and used it until construction was completed. By then it was too late to return it to Amazon. I used it 3x. Then then lower unit quit coming on. I just had it in a repair shop for 2 months and they couldn’t get the part needed to fix it. Now I’m stuck buy another warmer.

I am a licensed massage therapist. I use this daily in my practice. It heats quickly and evenly. In the top cabinet I place my wet towels and in the lower one I place my weighted heat packs, eye pillow and bamboo sticks.It takes about 40 minutes for my dry products to heat up completely. I speed up that process by using a microwave.I canât recommend this product enough.
