I thought I would dislike the timer in my facial room, but it doesnât bother anybody at all!This product has a quality plastic tub. (Watch out for other steamers that bend and melt and soften).Iâm really glad I bought this. BUT WE WANT PINK OR WHITE PLEEESE!!? Blue is not attractive and suits people who decorate in blue (not us) lol you should design for Estheticians :)I can easily put nine PLUSH microfiber facial towels from MOONQUEEN in there. Just have to be a little creative on folding it, so it fits the height. I donât need to put 12 in there. 10 minutes is enoughâ¦if you leave towels in there longer theyâre way too hot to touch. Comes with a nice metal pair of tongs.My only negative is the lid. Can be hard to grip small tab with wet, gloved hand!! So I folded a piece of waterproof foam tape on the lid to give it more of an extensionâ¦works. Perfect!Donât put essential oils in your steamers because thatâs what ruins the plastic. It doesnât matter what the packaging says!

My towels get super hot fast. I used the tongs to try to stop me from burning my fingers. The timer does ding but itâs not loud enough to disturb me or my clients while performing a service. Used a lot of water so make sure youâre stocked up. Itâs definitely worth the money

Amazing Hot Towel Steamer
I really enjoy hot steamed towels and this unit performed as advertised. Water was easy to add to the unit externally so I didn’t have to remove the top to fill. The interior was very spacious and I could fit nine hand towels. The unit started almost instantly and the towels were very warm within minutes. Loved the timer and water level. Overall, excellent steamer and the blue color is a welcome change from white and black.

I bought this towel warmer to use as a travel warmer when I did facials for bed bound clients. Pros: easily portable, heats towels quickly. Cons: towels get lava hot after 10 mins and the âtongsâ they give arenât durable enough to pick the towels up. The steam basket that holds the towels cracked in 2 places after the fifth use. Also, the towels had a slight burnt smell if heated longer than 10 mins even with water still in the reservoir.
