Toasty towels
Love the timer! I turn it on when I get up to get the towels warm before my shower. Then the warmer stays on afterwards to dry the towels. 2 folded towels donât warm up as much, but better than nothing.

Definitely Hot
My husband broke my old one so I had to get another. In searching, one of the features I was disappointed to find lacking was the 24 hour on feature. If I get up at 5am and it’s cold, I don’t want to have to turn on the heater, wait 15-20 minutes and THEN jump in the shower. All of the warmers seemed to only have a 2-4 hour stay-on feature so I reluctantly order this one thinking something is better than nothing. Well I don’t know how or why but this one does stay on all the time so I can take my shower whenever it suits me.One caution is that while the 6 horizontal bars get hot so do the two vertical anchors. I have learned to make sure part of the towel is draped over those two top knobs or else there’s a painful reminder – HOT!

dumbest installation
It came without a manual. the dumbest insulation ever. The screws did not fit and you have to look hard to find a way to insert it. Most likely costs less than $10 to make, and sells for $160. do not recommend. it is not a smart buy

This seems to be well-made, looks good, and it does warm up.It heats quickly and warms the towels well.It came with no instructions, and it seemed like the box had been opened and retaped.One advantage to the unit is that it can stay on 24/7.How long it will function is anybody’s guess.It is fairly priced.

Size is good and for the first 3 days it actually heated the towels. Since then it barely warms them which is very disappointing.

Towel warmer does not work as described!
First the towel warmer is on a timer. Four hour timer does not warm towels. it takes 3-4 try’s to warm towels. That means you must go to warmer every 4 hours to set the timer again. This is not practical.Second, towel warmer is not hot enough to warm 2 towels (bath sheet size).Product does not work a described. Amazon will not honor return policy. Do waste your money on this product!!

I have found that after 2 hours my towel was still a little damp so itâs not a quick drying option-it is a warmer or a slower dry. Probably best if towel is particularly wet to use a proper dryer

The appearance is very pretty. All goes together very neatly. Works well. The one thing I miss, my old rack could be put on a timer. This towel rack you have to switch on every time and select 2 or 4 hours. A minor observation, but worth mentioning.
