Received used & missing advertised cord
The gardenia humidifier is very cute. Looks nice on my desk. The output is not great at all. Faint. The inner packing it arrived in was torn and the cord was missing. It does not stay on. I purchased this to replace another one that I had. I believed my other one to be boring…but it took up less space, came with the advertised cord, stayed powered on, and the output is boldly effective. Although the gardenia is cute, I feel like I’ve wasted money. I wouldn’t recommend this humidifier if you want an effective output.

I received a malfunctioning item. Itâs $20 and I didnât want to go through the hassle Of returning it. This vendor contacted me, without asking, and replaced it with a working one free of charge. Can not suggest this vendor or product enough. Itâs a beautiful item and my daughter loves it.

Works well but mist isnât a strong as I hoped
Itâs very cute, light works, and both settings work but the actual mist isnât strong enough for my needs. I have tonsil issues so I got this to use at night when Iâm sleeping. It overall works well, but I need more mist for it to actually be helpful. If you just want to use it on a desk or to cover a small area, go for it, but if youâre like me and need a stronger mist stream, Iâd get something bigger
