I find that it significantly improves my rough skin under my buttocks, even though iâve only used about 1/5 of the jar. the texture absorbs quite easily, taking around 5-6 minutes tk fully absorb. the price is reasonable and definitely worth a try!

Smooth as a babies butt
I have used Gold Bond products in the past. They are good products but I haven’t found any that were unscented. So I never bought more. I took a chance buying this huge tub of lotion. And it is big. I ordered anyway. I am amazed at the cream. It is more like a lotion when you apply it. Thin when it’s applied, which I like. Not like working paste into your skin. I bought it for a problem area on my elbow and arm. Before long I was putting it on my feet, the next day on my hands, and then last evening on my face. What a wonderful cream. Usually when I use a lotion or cream I have to go wash my hands and face as I can “feel” it and find it annoying. Not this product, it actually felt good. It soothed my burning hands, calmed the patch on my arm and elbow and my face feels like silk the day after the nighttime use. Now this is a new product to me, so I will attempt to give you an update in about a month. My husband has very dry feet, so I told him he should give it a try, as a very high end product I bought for him feels good, but isn’t doing anything to improve his situation. You should at least give it a try if you are looking for an all around good lotion or cream. I buy a high end cream at the beauty counter at a high end department store (or can be found a major beauty stores). I love it but find it costly, this tub of cream worked just like that and felt just as good. I was near the point of reordering but think I will continue the use of Gold Bond Ultimate Rough and Bumpy Skin Daily Therapy Skin Cream and see what happens. It would cost me thousands of dollars to fill this 8 oz. tub with the product I was using on my face. So far so good and am surprised at my reaction to this product. I did know Chattem, Inc. was a very old company and thought this might really be a good product, but took a chance when I bought it. From my short term experience, I don’t think you can go wrong with this product. It does have a slight smell, which I can’t smell, but my husband says it is very mild and non offensive. I usually use unscented products due to chemical sensitivity problems. I am able to use this without it making me ill or just finding the smell offensive.

Modest activity for me
I have keratosis pilaris and was looking for an alternative product to help me with my skin condition. It can be a little cumbersome to apply salicylic acid to my arms every day in the shower for 2min before rinsing it off. What I like about this product is that it is fragrance free and I can just apply it in the morning and or evening in a matter of seconds. It has modest activity for me, and will clear up 60% of my KP (similar efficacy as salicylic acid for me). Please note that everyoneâs KP will respond differently to the different products out there (this product vs salicylic acid vs 20% urea vs lactic acid). For me, this was a cheap option and worth a try. Overall Iâm pleased to be able to use this product to get rid of some of my KP with little effort.

This stuff works instantly. I donât have visible bumps on my face; but my skin felt really rough and bumpy from very small bumps. Honestly, I didnât think this was going to work. After a day, I ran my hand across my cheeks and it felt smooth. I like the consistency of the product. Is the right thickness (not too runny or thick). I also love that itâs not greasy. I am about to buy in bulk.

I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but this product changed my life. Iâve dealt with KP my whole life and have never found anything that can actually get rid of it. My skin is SO SMOOTH now. I use this everyday after I shower and all of my bumps are gone. Iâm on my 2nd jar now and Iâm so happy! Definitely buy if youâre thinking about it.

Does the job but with a huge price to pay
this product is excellent in the sense that it works very well. Smooths your skin out and is soooo hydrating. Zero complaints EXCEPT one big one:It smells like ten cans of sour pickles! Upon first sniff thereâs nothing crazy going on but once I let it marinate on me there was quite the shift in attitude. I was in my car and I kept getting whiffs of something a little stale and a little sour. I thought it was my air filter but I just changed it. Turns out itâs this lotion. No one has said I smell bad and I donât see people scrunch up their nose, l but im just not appreciating how I smell like Chanel number 5 and Mt. Olive kosher dill pickles.Maybe some people have had a different experience, but I just put it on at night so the smell isnât as intense in the morning. Itâs a great product but the company needs to do something about the sewer drain scent coming out from that jar. Maybe itâs reacting with my pheromones but I just donât think thatâs the caseEdit: Iâm noticing that Iâm starting to use the product less because of the smell. Iâm so irritated cause the product is working so well for me but I smell like fish-fil-a and I really do need to knock on Gold Bonds door and ask if they tried walking outside in their own lotion and if theyâre really okay with smelling like rain puddles and fog. I had this product at 4 stars but Iâm demoting it to 3 stars due to my own aggravation with not only the product, but now the company cause theyâre allowing people to walk around smelling insane and think itâs okay.

After searching for over a decade to find something that would help my KP Iâm shocked it came down to a gold bond cream. First application was pleasantly surprised, no smell, not sticky (but I did apply thinly), texture is thick but applied nicely. Next morning noticed skin was drastically smoother. Try to keep applying nightly but honestly I really only apply after I shower so 5 times a week usually before bed. Personally I find thatâs the best time as it gets to properly absorb. After 2-3 weeks Literally all my KP is gone from my legs except a stubborn patch on the outside of my calf. Now all that remains are the little red scars I have from picking, terrible habit, do not pick! I have tried ever brand to get rid of KP -cerave, Paulaâs choice, eucerin, KP fix it, exfoliating gloves, brushes, sulfur body soaps, literally nothing really worked only ever saw light improvements and that required dedicated application. I really hope this works for you!But with anything some cons:Super thick definitely going to be careful not to over apply in summer months.Would love a pump bottlePackaging is blah (obviously minor complaint)Price – only place I can find it is on Amazon so paying more than youâd get elsewhere I thing but for 22$ still isnât terrible.

Sto usando questa crema da 4 giorni, e devo dire che la differenza già si sente: ho la cheratosi pilare e ho deciso che sul braccio destro metto questa crema, mentre sul sinistro ne metto un’altra (di un’altra marca famosa per questo problema) per vedere se vale la pena spendere qualche euro in più, e la risposta è sì.Sento la differenza nella morbidezza della pelle e anche nei “brufoletti” causati da questa malattia, quindi sicuramente la comprerò ancora!L’unica pecca è che la devono inviare dall’Inghilterra quindi ci mette un po’ di giorni ad arrivare.L’odore all’inizio non mi piaceva molto, poi in realtà mi sono abituata e ora mi piace pure: sa di arancia e zenzero, e qualche altra spezia che non riesco a intuire.Consiglio di metterla la sera o di lasicarla asciugare qualche minuto prima di mettere i vestiti perché è comunque una crema idratante.
