Fantastic
I got this since I felt like I needed some perspective. I mostly do bullet point/list style and have written in almost every single day since Sept 2016 and it’s taken me about 10 months to get halfway through it. In those 10 months, I’ve realized how blessed I am, and how much of my life I took for granted, like things such as having a roof over my head, clothes on my body, a washer and dryer, etc. I’ve realized all the things I do have, without having to loose it (I’m referring to the cliché “you don’t know what you have until it’s gone”). I’ve become much happier because of writing in this (and other reasons too, but mostly this). It’s great for writing daily blessings. As for the specs, this journal is orange, not coral. Some pages have prompts for writing ideas, and some pages have inspirational quotes on them. There’s an orange ribbon to mark your spot, and it’s a blank notebook, with a spot for the date on top for each page. The journal is also mostly blank, which I like because I can keep writing if I have a lot on my mind. The journal itself is thick – like 1 inch. Dimensions are 5″ x 1.1″ x 6.5″ . I personally like how thick it is since I like having something sturdy to write on, and this journal is sturdy. I can write in it while sitting on the couch without needing something to support it i.e. when I use Moleskin journals, I need something hard to write on, like a textbook or table, but the gratitude journal alone is sufficient. This journal can also fit into my purse, so it’s great to take along with me! It makes for a great gift, for others and for yourself.

High quality little journal makes it easy to be grateful daily
This little journal is good to keep on hand to remind one’s self of all that one has to be grateful for. There are writing prompts on every other page or every third page to help you to exercise your gratitude muscles in different ways. There are also uplifting quotes scattered throughout on random pages. The book has a hard cover and back and is as big as my hand. It has an orange ribbon bookmark attached which I appreciate. The dates are blank so you can fill in when you are writing. I like that a lot because I sometimes skip days and I started the journal in the middle of the year. I don’t like dated journals. The pages are nice and thick and my gel pen does not bleed through. I can write on both sides of the page with no distortion. I am enjoying filling out this journal and it helps me to remember all of my blessings. I was a bit turned off by the smaller size of the book but now I am happy it is portable. There isn’t a ton of space to write each day especially when longer prompts are given which take up page space but there’s enough to jot down what is on your mind. I have other journals and I use a blank journal to fully express my gratitude for all the gifts I have been given in my life but this little book can go with me wherever I go and keeps me on track. It was a good purchase and I am happy with it.

Great journal.
Great method of reflection that directs the user to focus on the positive facets of their life. I love the intro, it gives reasons for why to focus on these positive aspects, quotes resources to support the concept, then sprinkled throughout the book, gives prompts to the user to think about, focus on, what is positive in their life.* Each page is brightly accented in orange (subliminal suggestion for our bright sun?).* Each page has a date field that is blank (no judgement if one skips days), sturdy book that will tolerate a lot of handling.* There is a large variety in the prompts, some take a lot of space (leaving space for one to keep it short), some take a single line on a page, some pages are blank (because just the book title alone can be sufficient prompt for what one will write about).* Has a book marker so one can quickly get to the next available page. Ofcourse, that’s also sun-bright orange.* Has a scientific approach to how focusing on the positive will return more positive in the user. If for no other reason, than for better attitude, which leads to better health.* Not a lot of frills. It gets the user to get the job done.I, for one, am thankful for this journal and how it has allowed me to identify some under-appreciated gems in my life. If you don’t call out the roses in the garden, you might mistake them to be weeds.

What a great reflection tool!
If any of you ladies or gents are teachers, then you would absolutely understand why this product would be helpful. There would be days where I loved my students and then there were days where I needed to come home and lay on the couch with a glass of wine in hand. 🙂 I wanted to find a product where I can reflect only on the positives at the end of each day instead of dwelling on what might not have gone right. The Gratitude Journal was exactly what I was looking for!! The book asks you to reflect and write down three positive moments from your day. There are also reflection quotes and other exercises at the bottom of every other page. It is a smaller sized book- perfect for stashing in a desk drawer or a teacher bag (in my case). I would highly recommend this journal for anyone looking to change his or her outlook on life. 🙂 Let’s face it, no day is ever that bad!
