Great gift!
I bought this as a gift and they loved it! Great for anyone who wants to be more grateful and take the time to reflect on their day. The size is great to carry in a purse or bag and the quality is great and super cute!

Overall, really nice quality and a pleasure to use
I really like this journal. I don’t know why they make it look so huge in the pictures. It’s basically A5 size, which is a little smaller than your typical trade paperback. It’s well-bound and the paper is thick and pleasant to write on. There’s a little feathering with fountain pen ink, but it’s minor. The journal is undated so you can start whenever you want. They break the prompts into start of the day and end of the day, but I don’t necessarily hold to that pattern. Not all of the random prompts work for me. But in general it does get me to reflect and appreciate the good things in my life more, so it’s serving its purpose. It’s also nice enough to give as a gift, although I don’t remember what the packaging was.

Science backed journaling on a budget!
This journal is perfect for your morning and evening ritual! Start the day with it, and end the day reflecting with it! The undated pages are great, so you’re not tied to a specific date like some journals. The hard bound cover so it looks really nice and high quality. When these go on sale under $10 these make excellent stocking stuffers for the holidays or a small gift for someone. The science is there, doing this will help, def worth it for such a budget gift for someone or even for your self. For the price you can’t go wrong

Simple Design
This 180 day journal is perfect for daily reflection. I like that is has undated pages so you can start and stop anytime, since life is busy for most. Great design and easy to use with clear instructions.

how good it is, depends on you.
This is as it is described. The dates are not fixed, so can fill in dates, and days of the week ..so you can choose when to write. There are 5 generic prompts, the same for each day.. a daily quote…which is NOT ACCREDITED”. ..becomes ‘folk wisdom’ so common it reads like cliches.. But there is a more thoughtful question at the bottom of each page, which appears to be unique to the day. The final prompt sometimes seems to have a relevance to the quote at top, sometimes not.its a fabric covered book, with gold inset lettering. The paper is not too thin, but not great for bleed. do not use marker-type. pencil or ball-point. The pages appear to be sewn rather than glued. This is not bad for the price $11. Could make a good gift for a ‘journaling beginner’. It is set up to make entry in morning and end of day… promoting good practice. Perhaps the biggest issue is that there is very little room for writing.. so not for anyone with large handwriting for a start. With tiny handwriting, might be enough space for the generic prompts, but for the more personalized final prompts, absolutely not.. unless you are able to be extremely concise.. which might be a good quality to encourage. … and not be too daunting a ‘blank page’ for a beginner. but this little book does encourage one to think.. about self, today and past and future… the value of this book depends on the user. some will give up before using it, others will derive a some valuable insight.

Sensible cute journal make it easy to practice gratitude!
Everything about this journal is well thought outWhat I appreciate the most is the new question every night.I like that it has it’s own bookmarkI don’t use the following, but it’s nice they thought of them: pen holder, journal sealer, and folder at end of journal

A nice way to reflect
First of all, I love the purple color of this journal. It’s a beautiful color. This journal provides a daily affirmation and space to write a sentence or two for each entry. I plan to do this every morning and night. It’s a six-month journal, creating a grateful habit when facing chaos, turbulence, or uncertainty.
