Good
I bought this gratitude journal for myself. Inside, I found numerous prompts designed to help me focus on recognizing the good things that happen in my life every day. Each prompt encourages me to reflect on positive experiences, appreciate small moments, and cultivate a mindset of gratitude. Over time, this practice helps me stay mindful.

Good variety
This book includes simple, short questions to help you start writing and practice the flow of your thoughts. There is not a ton of room if you have a lot of ideas in your head. But there are a lot of question topics, ranging from your dreams to your favorite piece of clothing. There is also a section for monthly and weekly reflections, and there’s enough room for several months. I think it’s cool to look back and see how you’ve improved.

Beautifully Crafted Journal
This journal is thoughtfully designed to highlight even the smallest moments in your life for which you can be grateful. It includes fun prompts, poignant ones, topics that you could write reams about, and others that stump you and truly make you think. The prompts cover all aspects of your life, from people to interests, experiences you’ve had, emotions you’ve felt, and more. I loved the second part, which includes structured weekly and monthly sections. Gratitude truly is a journey, and having a way to reflect on how it is changing your life is a beautiful thing. There are also ‘Canvas’ pages for doodles, sketches, or notes. I have been practicing gratitude for several months now and recognize the difference it has made in my life. I reviewed the book on the Kindle version, but I’ve purchased the hardcover so that I can make the most of everything this wonderful book has to offer.

I really enjoyed this gratitude journal so far. Itâs divided in about 3 sections. The first part has many pages of thoughtful questions (including space to write your answers) about various aspects of a personâs life to be grateful for, many I hadnât even thought of before. Then in the second section itâs a place to write weekly and monthly reflections with a few different questions about joyful and challenging moments. I definitely recommend getting this amazing journal.
Miss Denny Taylor –
There is a section at the front with advice on how to use the journal. Then a large section with prompt questions and plenty of space to write your answer. Then a section called milestones of gratitude. Then the headings week 1,2 and 3 and then a section called A month to appreciate. For each week there is four questions and then the last week ( a month to appreciate also has four questions relevant to what has happened that month. It’s suggested that you answer the questions at the end of each week. Which makes total sense because them you know what has happened that week. It’s a nice journal and is printed by Amazon. I will enjoy filling it in. It’s definitely good for promoting mindfulness.
