Beautiful and easy starter journal for building gratitude
I have never journaled before and this helped me begin to start a practice in gratitude. I got a previous version which was pink on the outside but itâs very simple to fill out daily and by doing this you build this habit in your life. I will continue to do this after I complete this journal and there are some days I miss completing it, but I try to keep this habit daily to help rewire your mind to appreciate the small things. I would recommend this basic journal to anyone looking to start a basic practice in gratitude. Itâs very easy to fill out and takes about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening which are good times to reflect upon your day. Wish you the best in building your gratitude practice!
