An excellent resource for organizing and documenting your daily self-care routines
As a working mom, daily self-care is so important for me (and easy to forget about). Having a journal like this to stimulate thought, mindfulness and self-awareness and then to document it all in a very organized way, is exactly what I needed. This journal has over 100 pages, each one containing a mini ‘to-do’ list, mood barometer, prompts and areas for diary entries and notes. Also, I found the detailed list of self-care ideas at the front extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I got this so I can practice having focus throughout my day but also reflecting in the evening to have a better perspective on areas I may be struggling with. Recommend!

Great for focusing on the things that are disturbing your peace of mind.
This Journal helped me to identify and deal with deep-seated trauma that has haunted me for many years. Once I was able to focus on the source of the mental trauma, I was able to develop a plan to free myself from its power. It is going to take more work but I am determined to succeed. My goal is total peace of mind.

Easy to follow!
I loved that the reflection questions are different every day, and the writing is super friendly. It actually makes you think about your daily routines. I just wish the paper was better quality.

Excellent product
I think this notebook is great, and it really helps me when I’m having trouble in between therapy sessions. It has a pleasant texture and is a hardcover. It has a red ribbon to hold your place, and the pages are off-white. My pen bleeds right through the thin pages. I advise writing in this journal with a pencil or a light-colored pen. Just bear that in mind while placing your order, but the product is excellent. For transparency, I got the ARC of this book.

Great Overall Journal
I love how practical and down-to-earth this journal is! The daily prompts are perfect for my schedule, and I’ve found the mood tracking surprisingly eye-opening. After trying many other wellness journals that felt like homework, this one actually fits into my life without adding stress. Whether you’re an anxious person like me or just trying to get your life a bit more balanced, this journal feels like a supportive friend.

Simple and approachable tool for personal growth
This journal helps you take each day at a time by devoting one page to one day, with helpful prompts to help one articulate a specific objective for that day, to reflect on one’s feelings, to consider and answer one unique question and to identify a takeaway to remember from that day. A great tool! I reviewed a free copy of this journal, and this is my honest opinion.

This is a self care journal for mental health. The journal looks nice from the outside but is mostly filled with repetitive daily reflection pages. I was hoping that it could offer some more different contents to interact, but it is not the case here.
