Sometimes just donât have time to do the whole 10 minutes before leaving the house and finishing breakfast. These are great. Can finish food the. Swish the 10 minutes spit into an old vitamin bottle rinse with water bottle and then brush teeth when I get to my destination. Or I plan to bring when traveling.

I love the extra clean feeling I get after using the pulling oil and then brushing my teeth. The oil in the individual packs has a more minty flavor, which makes it easier to use. Itâs definitely better than brushing alone, and 10x better than just brushing your tongue. Definitely would recommend.

I was wondering how to travel with oil pulling, but then I found these and they are perfect! Usually, the bottle gets a little messy and then you have to keep it in a bag. But these little travel packets keep you from dealing with that.
