Well Made, Lovely Candle, Great Gift!
I am always on the hunt for a good, clean candle for our house that’s ideally from a smaller, handmade business, so I was super excited when I found The Dancing Wick here. I decided to give this “Bunny Kisses” scent a try since I wanted something light and springy and it definitely fits the bill. The scent isn’t too heavy but it has good scent throw and fills our open living room / kitchen space really well without feeling overbearing at all. It’s a little bit more on the powdery / sweet side than I like, but I’m guessing that’s the vanilla. It isn’t as bad as warm vanilla sugar from you know who, though, so don’t worry if you were also traumatized by that scent in the early 2000’s also haha! Either way, the vanilla is tempered by the lemon, which definitely comes through and I suppose the sweetness is the strawberry.The candle itself feels really well made and the packaging is gorgeous with a great info card that tells you exactly how to burn and care for your candle, which I really appreciated. It burns cleanly and has lasted through several burns so far without dropping very far in volume at all, so I think it will also last a really long time. The price is comparable to candles you would find at a big box retailer but I personally think the quality is better if not at least on par. I would happily buy these candles as gifts and will likely be getting more for myself!

Wonderful Candle
Really nice home made candle. I love the scent and it was packaged so nicely. It comes with a pouch, care instructions, resealable lid, and a box of matches. All really nice touches. This seems to be a really well put together small business and this candle has a fantastic scent and it also has really good burn time for its size. Whoever makes these definitely knows what they are doing. The pricing is a bit higher than you will pay for large store generic candles, but in my opinion definitely worth it for the quality your getting while supporting a small business at the same time.

Great presentation but candleâ¦..
This candle is very cute. Comes in a cute pouch with matches and adorable as can be. The scent was sparkling Lemonade. Smelled good not lit. This would be great for decor. The issues I have with it is itâs very small and the bottom says not to light it when it gets to 1/2. So you get half a very small candle. The 1st time lighting it, it took 2 hours to melt to the 3/4 point in photo and not out to the glass, after 3 hours it still was not all melted it seems to want to go down in a hole making that 1/2 way stop point even closer. The small when lit was non existent. I couldnât smell it at all. Super bummed. As a candle I would pass but as decor itâs super cute and maybe the other scents are stronger, I really like to smell my candles.
