Overall a very good product and I wish have it earlier
This heated towel rack is a pleasant addition to my bathroom experience. I was kind of hesitated initially due to limited customer review on this product, but I am glad that I took a chance. I was attracted to its sleek design and it appeared to be a durable and high quality product (only time will tell though). I am not a very handy person but found the installation process was straightforward and was able to install by myself without any problems. The rack warms up the towel pretty quick (less than 20 mins). I cannot comment on the energy efficiency due to the time I have it (less than a week) but in general the quicker the rack warms up the towel, the less energy efficient it would be. Since it has a built-in timer of controlling the shut down (I currently set it for two hours and that is enough for my household of four), I am not concerned about the energy consumptions. Overall, I am glad that I pulled the trigger after did some research on this product and would recommend.

Lasted less then 4 months
When we first got this I thought it was amazing, warmed the towels nicely and was easy to install. Less then 4 months later it turns on and off whenever it wants and isnât warming or drying towels anymore! Urgh! We even paid to have the electrician out to make sure it wasnât our house, that was an expensive visit to be told itâs the product! Skip this one, spend the extra money and buy something higher quality.

I owned a towel warmer before this one which was smaller and wonderful and boy do I miss it. This one barely heats up and you need to remember to keep turning it on. Not worth the money

Looks good but noisy when not heating (video)
Looks great in matte black finish but makes spaceship noises when not turned on (see video). We didn’t have an outlet by the bathtub so we had it wired into the wall next to the tub. When it’s on it is silent but when it’s off it makes noises at just the right pitch/frequency that I can hear it while I’m trying to go to sleep–not on the same wall or even near it but in the next room! Amazon customer service gave a full refund but it was a few hundred to get it hardwired so that was expensive. Also, it takes 3-5 hours to get your bath towel warm so it’s not so fast that your towel can be hot by the time you finish your shower unless you preheat it several hours prior. All things I wish I knew before purchasing.
