Super warm and useful! Love the look!
Bought this as a surprise for my wife since she loves taking relaxing baths. I installed it easily and it fit perfect in our bathroom. I wanted to bring a spa like experience to our home for her. She loved having a warm towel! She also loved that after using, she was able to dry the towel faster since it left it fresh and free from odor/bacteria!

Not worth the money
The rack was good for a few months, was warming up quick and drying off the towels, however, after 4-5 months buttons came off. Iâm not sure how plastic that holds the screws broke off maybe it melted due to heat from the rack? Not sure, reached out to the seller not a word for the least four months. Donât buy this product, not worth the money that item works for 4-5 months.

Smaller than it appears in the photos. Guess I should have paid close attention to the dimensions. Who dries off after a shower with a hand towel? Now that I look back at the pictures what I thought was two bath size towels are hand towels!! 𤨠my own fault for not paying closer attention I guess!!

Warm, cozy, and CLEAN towels! A spa at home!
Iâm so happy with this product! My towels are warm and cozy after my shower and they dry fast! It feels like Iâm going to a spa in my home. The product is very easy to install and is well built. The black coating seems very luxurious, but is moderately priced. Definitely recommend this product!

Edit: The buttons became sunken over time, eventually falling far enough back that we could no longer use them at all. I took the button assembly apart and all of the plastic threads had begun crumbling. It appears the plastic housing for the buttons canât handle the heat. We got about one year of use.I was able to install this in less than a half hour. We now have nicely warmed towels when we need them. And it helps to dry them out afterwards and the timer function means I don’t have to monitor when to turn off the heater.

I own a spa and purchased a couple of these towel racks to put in each private massage room. I got many compliments from my clients that it was so beautiful and they wanted one. I appreciate how functional it is and actually warms towels fast and with a timer. Ones I bought before did not get as warm as this. Will definitely buy more.
