When I first began traveling to the UK decades ago, I saw these everywhere. It took a while for them to catch on here in the US, but I was so excited to finally get one. This one is particularly well-designed with extras that make it more than just a towel warmer. It has a removable, foldable shelf, which is excellent for storing extra linens. There is also an expanded bar for hanging linens on or adding hooks for more functionality and versatility. Those hooks can also be added to the rungs, as can the shelf and bar, so you can customize the entire unit to your preference.Once you have your preferences settled, this is an excellent warmer or dryer for towels and even clothes. The touch panel operation is easy to use and offers temperature and timer adjustments. It is not difficult to install; you only need to plug it in to reap its benefits. We actually paid to have ours hardwired in the wall, and it looks amazing. It has elevated the look and perception of our bathroom, and our guests always comment on it.
