Great product but no step-by-step instructions
This product is worthy of 5 stars based on design, quality, packaging, and ease of use. However, assembly is a challenge, based on exploded diagrams only with no step-by-step instructions. Allow ample time to study diagrams before assembly.

Beautiful and sturdy! The space between each bar is three inches. Plenty of space for even the thickest of towels. I drapped a large (2.5′ x 4.5′) bath towel over the top rod and let it fall in front of all the rods front to back. Left in place for 15-20 minutes, the warmth distribution was fair. I presume the longer it hangs, the warmer it would get. There are also ways to position or fold in additional towels to increase the heat distribution. The rack had not been hung on the wall but rather just propped against the wall on the floor. This was my test before making the decision to permanently hang the towel rack in place. I’m in the midst of a complete gut job and remodeling our primary bath. The simple plug in and easy push button features are great. I’m pleased with the option to hard wire this rack if desired. All parts are included. Once attached to the wall, you will have approximately 3.5 inches space between the rods and the wall. Be aware, the rods get very hot and will burn your skin if there is prolonged contact. I plan to only turn it on about 30 minutes before bathing or taking a shower and then turn it off afterwards.

Large Heated Towel Rack
This chrome heated towel rack is very sturdy and well made. The chrome is beautifully polished and the button is concealed on the bottom. It heats my large towel in 5-10 minutes while the room temperature is at 62°F here and it was very easy to install with the guide board they provide for the screws and anchors. Great quality 5/5 stars

Looks great, nice heated towel rack
This towel warmer is very large and has enough room to heat multiple towels at once. Easy to install, either plug-in or hardwired. Makes my bathroom look so much nicer.I put all my towels on the bar and then put one large towel on the top bar and use other towels to keep the heat in. It’s great to get out of the shower in the winter and have a warm towel waiting.
