Works Well
I installed this a few weeks ago. The mounting requires (4) posts to be installed first. A template should have been provided. Accurate placement of the posts is necessary for the main unit to slide on. Once on, tightening the set screws secure the unit. Make sure the decorative cups are on first. When completed the mounting hardware is hidden which makes this unit look great. Only the horizontal bars are heated. Keeps the towels dry and warm.

Correction: Buy & Read review. Great company!
This is a Class act company that sent a replacement heater & it got to me by Xmas eve! I connected the thing myself (Chose not to hardwire bec/ I knew it would be more complicated when the replacement came). Fairly easy installment, but I did have the first part (measuring & installing wall screws) done by a licensed electrician which I strongly recommend. FYI, the itty bitty screws that takes an Allen wrench are hard to deal with. This Warms up towels well (not as much as a box towel warmer (I have 1 of those too), but itâs effective. Thank you to HeatGene folks for sending me a flawless replacement item(1st one was dented). This has a sleek modern look oh, & it comes out of the wall Pretty far (4â+) so even though I Designed a recessed niche, it still sticks out a bit) but itâs perfect for my black & white bathroom remodel. Very happy with this.

Excellent build quality and service
Works great, heats up fast, easy to install, and their service is wonderful.We received it with a crack due to shipping and sent an email to HEATGENE. They immediately replied, gave us several options, and shipped out a new one. We’d definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality towel warmer backed by great service.

Towels dry out but not very hot
Looks great, easy to install, doesnât get that hot. We bought in hopes of it putting off a bit of extra heat and to dry our towels. Dries the towels but only warm to the touch, which I guess is good if one has kids.

Treat Yourself to a Heated Towel!
This was a replacement for a prior stand alone heater. It barely lasted a year. We chose this wall mounted style and read the reviews. We did add a timer, as I didn’t want it on 24/7. So far, it did not disappoint us. We have great warm towels after every shower! Treat yourself to this item.

Nice design, low quality control
The rack looks great. Everything (design, finish) is good. However, the quality control is poor.One of the the four spreader/leg tubes (the one that you feed the electrical wire through) that keep the reck off the wall has no threading in the hole that accepts a hidden pin-screw that fixes the tube to a knob on installed on the wall.Now can not call it safely installed until I find a way to get product support to send me a replacement tube.

A very nice towel warmer and drier
We bought this for our bathroom renovation project. Installation is easy. It can handle up to 6 towels at a time based on the thickness of the towels. The footprint is small and looks very classy on the wall. More later.

Looks nice; works, but slowly
Looks really good. Easy to install–I did the direct conversion wiring it into romex in an electrical box, had to purchase the adapter plate separately, and it wasn’t bad. I don’t know what exactly I was expecting, but I find I use it less often than I hoped, predominantly because it takes a while to heat up. You could leave it on all the time, but I don’t always want that. Once it heats up, it works great.
