It is creamy and very lightly scented. It really does not provide lasting the pain relief I have come to expect from my usual hemp cream, probably because there needs to be more hemp in the cream.

I was looking for an alternative to oral analgesics for a recovering broken wrist. This is aromatic and tingly when first applied. It provided some relief for 45-60 minutes. I felt I had to be careful not to get it on clothes or pillow cases etc. because its creamy and stays that way on your skin for a while.
