Best way I ever spend my money. This is easy to use does what it supposed to a nice room size and warm up very fast I love it

Definitely “warm” and not “hot,” easy to operate with automatic temperature control
The description says that wet towels can get up to 158 degrees F. Mine didn’t seem to get that hot, but perhaps they were. The towels that I tried were moist and certainly felt warm, but they didn’t ever feel hot. I’ve used other towel warmers that got towels hotter.The outer case is plastic, which I don’t mind at all. I had another one with a metal exterior, and I prefer the feel of the plastic. It also insulates better than the metal did. This unit is smaller than I had envisioned in my mind, but I always get thrown off by volume even when I know the dimensions. So, be sure to check the dimensions, and it’s kind of small depending on what you want it for. For me, it’s perfect because I don’t want to warm more than a couple of towels at a time, so I don’t need a large unit.It’s incredibly simple to operate. You plug it in, turn on the power switch, and…that’s it. It will automatically turn the heater on and off depending on the temperature. It also has a UV light switch that, well, I have no idea if it does anything because I’m sure the light won’t come on if the door is open. I did flip that switch with the door open, but I didn’t notice any glow or anything. I’ll trust them, but I didn’t order it for sanitizing so it’s not a big deal to me. I just wanted to warm up some towels.Where this and other towel warmers differ (in a good way) from simply using a microwave is that they automatically control the temperature within a range. It’s super easy to warm up a moist towel in a microwave, but the microwave won’t keep it warm if you want to just have some towels ready to go without monitoring it. I do wish that this had a temperature dial on it that would allow me to control how warm I want my towels to be, though.Overall, it’s a nice lightweight unit that does warm up towels, but don’t expect them to come out hot.

This is really great it keeps my hands towels are warm and steamy. I love the size and color!!! Its easy to install and is a great size!! I loveeee how nice it feels to have a spa quality towels in my own bathroom!!! It warms up quickly and doesn’t take up a lot of energy.

Hot Towel Warmer, 8L Thermostatic Towel Heater, – like that it is small enough and not so bulky that it fits nicely on a counter top or shelf. It does take a while to heat up. Overall it warms well and the warm towels feels nice upon your skin.
