Great. Only complaint is using timer for 30m gets premoistened hand towel incredibly hot. Have to use tongs to remove and let cool for 15-20 secs before using on body. Or put timer on for 30m then let sit for 10-15m and then theyre not scalding hot.

Not sturdy plastic but durable set. Must use a solid surface to avoid scalding hot water spills. Item can easily tip if not careful. Doesnât take up a lot of space. Heats pretty quickly. Holds plenty small/medium towels. Value for money

Pros it heats up the towels well, I use 2 bath towels and they get steamed up evenly.Timer works wellOnly downside it doesnât have a power switch button so you have to wait for the timer to go off.

This product has a 30 minute timer, and it doesn’t have the ability to keep towels warm after the timer goes off. It heats well, but if you want this for a massage client, unless you’re going to use the towels at the beginning of the session, then the towels will not still be warm by the time you get to them because it doesn’t have the ability to keep the towels warm which is very disappointing. However, if you just want to use it immediately then it’s wonderful. It all depends on how soon you will use the towels. I bought another warmer with an on/off switch to maintain the warmth but I decided to keep this warmer to use on myself at home. For that, it will be perfect.
