False listing. The item requires parts that are listed but not included to operate and must be purchased separately. Contacted the seller and they acknowledged and told us to buy them separately for about $50 on their site nonchalantly. Had to contact Amazon for refund. Total junk.

Good for my vehicle
I use this in my vehicle.It doesn’t come with any sample scents but I have my own anyways. I forget to turn it off a lot but it still has the mist going and it’s been over a month now and still has some.This is pretty expensive but it’s the “Hotel” brand that makes it that.You can take this on traveling trips in your hotel rooms or in areas of your house that are small rooms. It’s portable and it’s still working on it’s first charge.

It does what it says it does, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about it
For reference, I know this is a brand that takes a beating sometimes, but I have their home diffuser, the Mini Studio diffuser, and I am a really big fan. I really wish I could have said the same for the traveller here. At $200 at time of review, it’s almost impossible to recommend. The thing works, kind of, in a sense. You have essentially no control over its operation. It works by “sensing” that your car is on, a vibration based sensor I’d imagine, but it sucks. Sometimes I’ll be 10 minutes into a trip before it starts working, sometimes, ill be in my garage doing something and see it poof through my windshield in a very much not on car. And don’t get any ideas of using it elsewhere, because there is no manual control. That’s what I can’t fathom. They don’t think someone might want to use this little puck-shaped diffuser in a small space like a bathroom? Because guess what, that was my first idea for it. No, this thing can only be used in a car, because it requires the vibration to work. Except it doesn’t really work. Also one time I got in my car and I know it was firing the entire night because there was an accumulation of oil down the side of my center console, and it got on my (fortunately ratty) basketball shorts. They now have an oil stain. I really want to give it a 1-star to be honest. But that may be too harsh for a product that turns on and (mostly) works. But I absolutely cannot recommend it in its current iteration.

Lasted 1 month then terrible customer service
Bought this. First I had too many oil cartridges. Asked the subscription to be put on hold. Was told it was. It wasn’t and I kept receiving shipments. Then the device stopped working. It worked for a month. I wrote to customer service. No response after almost a week. Put in a new service request. Was told to schedule a call. I did. The time came and went. They said they tried to call. I had NO missed calls. I scheduled three more times and still NOTHING. wrote three more times. So far, no response. This was, at least as of this writing, nothing but a scam and I am sorry ever purchased this.Also, can never log in to cancel my subscription. Tried the password recovery and never get the email. Not in spam either.
