Favorite moisturizer!! Year Update!
I LOVE this product!! I learned about it via an influencer I follow who shares so much about K-Beauty & Skincare (@adatude) and I purchased it back in March of 2024. Itâs unscented, so perfect for people who are easily irritated by scents. Itâs a lightweight product that goes on easily and absorbs so nice, but you can actually feel the hydration. Iâve used gel creams before that feel like you havenât put anything on torn face. THIS-you can feel, but itâs not heavy or greasy. Itâs also lovely for skin prep before makeup. I have very fair, rosacea prone skin and get a lot of redness and heat flare ups. Iâm also 41 and find my skin has gotten these drier patches where I need a âthickerâ moisturizer and this does the trick. I also have used this on my hands and on my little one’s faces. I most definitely will repurchase-this tube has lasted me a long time: using a finger to two fingers of a strip of lotion as a little does go a long way!! Very impressed and a great price!

My Holy Grail Moisturizer! The tub, which is the biggest size, is my favorite. It has so much product and will last you quiteee a while. When I first bought this product, I went with the smaller size, in squeeze-packaging and I fell in love!!! Itâs one of the very first products that got me hooked onto Korean skincare. After doing some research, a lot of the Korean products that are popular in America actually arenât as popular in Korea â but this moisturizer is one of the ones that are in the top in both! Itâs gentle, fragrance free, and perfect for sensitive skin (as I have psoriasis, so itâs very important for me to choose products that wonât cause a flare up or irritate my skin). I mainly use it on my face, neck, and chest area after cleansing (I also incorporate Korean brand toners to pair with this as well!) but really; you can use it wherever. Itâs so thick, and moisturizing â a little goes a long way. And the moisture STAYS locked in. I wake up, and my face is still moisturized, plumped and hydrated.

Love this cream and wish I had found it sooner. I had used Vanicream forever, but Illiyoon took my skin care to a whole new level. The texture is rich but non-greasy, absorbing beautifully without feeling heavy. It locks in moisture for hours, and Iâve noticed a significant improvement in my skinâs hydration and barrier repair.10 out of 10!!

Amazing
I usually use Youth To The People Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream and this moisturizer is so much better and cheaper. Feels rich and thick but instantly is absorbed into my face and leaves no residue. My face just feels naturally moisturized and stays hydrated with no residue or cast, or leftover greasiness. I have experienced no breakouts and plan on this being my new everyday facial moisturizer.

A Good Mid-Range Ceramide Moisturizer â Between Aestura (5 out of 5) and Pyunkang Yul (3 out of 5)
I have tried several ceramide-based Korean moisturizers, and I would rate this one in the middle of the three I own. The Aestura Atobarrier 365 is my top choice at five stars, while the Pyunkang Yul rates lower at three stars. This Illiyoon cream falls in between at a solid 3.5, rounding up to four.What I Like:(1) Great size for the price â The large bottle is a huge plus, making it an excellent value.(2) Thicker texture â Compared to Aestura and Pyunkang Yul, this one feels heavier on the skin, which I appreciate during the winter months when my skin is drier.(3) Good for sealing in hydration â I use this after my essences and toners to lock in moisture and deliver ceramides to my skin.Where It Falls Short:(1) While it hydrates well, it does not help my skin recover from tretinoin as effectively as Aestura.(2) Although it improves skin texture over time, I donât find it as soothing or reparative as I had hoped.Overall, this is a solid choice for dry, sensitive skin, especially if you need a heavier moisturizer for colder months. It improves skin texture and hydration, but for intense barrier repair, I still prefer Aestura. If you are looking for a budget-friendly ceramide cream that provides deep hydration, this is a great option.

LOVE THIS MOISTURIZER
Now that I’ve found it (recommended on YouTube skincare videos I regularly watch) it’s become a holy grail. In the winter the humidity in my NYC apartment hovers between 0 snd 6 percent, and it’s a struggle to keep my skin hydrated. I’ve got a great collection of heavy moisturizers but they’re all pretty greasy, which is effective at holding in the moisture but doesn’t look so great, and if I don’t keep my hair pulled back it ends up sticking to my face and neck. And causes milia.I apply a number at different products like a THD vitamin C, Retinaldehyde, peptide serums, niacinamide, an anti pigment serum (which always goes on first), and add in another few things here and there. And, of course, need to seal it all in, so to speak, with an effective moisturizer. I particularly like this moisturizer because it absorbs reasonably quickly and doesn’t leave a shiny, greasy finish. In fact, within an hour it makes my skin look beautiful, some might say radiant, but I’m not exactly sure what that means. Softly glowy is how I think of it, but not a fake sparkly kind of glowy, it’s a natural, soft, healthy kind of glowy.I don’t wear makeup because I work from home, so am unable to tell you if it pills if you apply makeup on top of it. In fact, after using all those products in the morning I don’t always wash my face at night, and instead spray my face, neck and chest with mineral water and pat it in, or wet my palms with tap water and pat it in, and then apply moisturizer, either this one or a heavier one from my collection of more occlusive moisturizers.Not only does this Illiyoon moisturizer

Me encanta porque es muy hidratante y pese a ser espesa no tarda mucho en absorberse. Eso sÃ, es pieles secas, en el cuerpo me va bien pero en la cara que tengo la piel mixta me deja la zona T muy grasa. Viene mucha cantidad para el precio que tiene. Y otro de sus puntos fuertes es que tiene un olor muy muy suave. Totalmente recomendable.
