Good for warming facial towels but not really for moist therapy packs

Does not heat up
This product is a scam. I thought it was just me, but for the last year this product does not work as intended and it does, in fact rust. It does not heat up to a temp that keeps anything warm no matter how long its on.

Turns on, but does not heat properly and I can’t get is returned as the seller won’t provide prepaid shipping label. To ship this item back I have to pay around $45. It did not work from the begining.

I’ve used hot towel cabinets for yrs. This one was very disappointing. It didn’t keep my towls or r8ce bags warm. Plus, with me dissatisfied I had to pay for the shipping back. Will not buy from this seller again.
