I love this therapy journal. Its simple and helps me write out my feelings so i get my thoughts and emotions of my chest. Definitely wotth the price. Will be ordering more:)

it’s alright as a supplementary tool but not therapy or mental health centered
This JUBTIC Therapy Journal is okay as a supplemental tool to therapy, but is lacking in a lot of mental health areas. I like that it is a nice hardcover journal with a closure. Inside, the daily pages have room to write date, time, day of the week, mood, and reflection questions on how you are feeling, what’s causing those feelings, a friend’s perspective, and how to fix what occurred. There are monthly reflection pages with prompts as well. It’s a nice journal but not exactly what I was expecting out of a therapy journal.

Excellent self care journal
This journal is beautiful, well-made, and very useful in terms of mindfulness. The paper quality is thick and smooth, the cover is sturdy, and the planner overall is very aesthetically pleasing. I love being able to track different elements of wellness daily, and this journal makes it easy to do so. I highly recommend this mindfulness journal.

Solid Starter Journal for Mindfulness
This is a solid starting place for someone who wants to kickoff writing in a mindfulness journal. It could be used alongside therapy but doesnât have quite the structure needed to be a truly guided experience all on its own. Paper is decently thick and the template repeats throughout spare a few monthly review spreads. Overall, itâs not the best therapy / mindfulness journal Iâve come across if Iâm being comply honestly. However, itâs a pretty journal that is quite sturdy and if the template matches your daily journaling needs then I think this is a worthwhile investment for your daily journaling needs.

I was looking for a journal to help me cope with anxiety and this journal just wasn’t as great as I was hoping.The journal itself is of decent quality. The pages have a nice thickness to them. The book is bound well, and looks nice.The problem is that this journal is just not inspiring. The prompts are pretty basic, but the format may work for some. It just isn’t helpful to me.

Middle of the road guided journal.
I got this as part of the Amazon Vine program. Iâll admit, Iâm a psychotherapist so I have an understanding of fairly helpful prompts. The prompts pictured are all there are for daily journaling. Itâs not going to change your life, however it is likely to help you set up a new habit for yourself when it comes to reflection and intentionality. Iâd recommend this to someone looking to make a routine of self-observation before going to therapy.The paper is nice, the book is really sturdy and while it works with a ballpoint pen my uniball gel pen had a little bleed thru to the next page. Itâs a very handsome journal, it just needs more in regard to prompts & purpose.
