This is an “old” cologne, but is my wife’s favorite. It is bold and stays with you. The price is good. You should try it.

A great, light, nostalgic scent.
I didn’t really know what to expect with this cologne as I hadn’t tried it before ordering here on Amazon- I was only somewhat vaguely familiar with it from it’s long history. I wore it today after getting my package from Amazon… at first, I really didn’t like it. On the first spray, I thought- what is this thing? It had something of a antiseptic type smell at first. That almost immediately dies out as it dries down and it’s replaced with a really nice and light barbershop/powdery smell with a lot of complexity in the background. You definitely get a lot of the tonka bean/vanilla type notes, but there’s something difficult to define behind it. There’s an herbal hint to it that’s subtle and nice. For the price, it’s a great buy in my view and I can think of lots of occasions where it’s a great choice. Very long lasting on this first try-out today. I think for me, it’s probably something I’d be more likely to wear in the summer or days where I would want a more subtle scent. This is not something that projects out and chokes the room. Very pleased!

this stuff has a distinctive smell its a powdery warm vanila smell with musk and few other bits in the mix, so is a littel sweet but it lasts hours only spray a tiney bit its that strong id definatly say this is more a coldweather winter fragrence but the smells lovely and uniuqe girls adore this fragrance to , its making a comeback from 79 and for the price itsgreat value at the moe 20 qwuid for 110 mils thats a bonus if you or your man like a sweet powdery fragrance give this a try you might be supprised i love it and has been in my collection since the 80s, its kinda likethe fragrance terrymuggler angel not in the way it smels they dont smell alike at all but when you smell angel its unique you know its angel and nothing smells like angel this is the same you smell it like it or hate it but nothing smells like it .top marks from me 5 stars al the way
