It works. Pretty strong. Expensive.
I have trouble sleeping once or twice a month, and historically used Benadryl (25mg works for me). I have recently been using melatonin and L-Theanine, though, and think these work just as well without as much of the lethargic feeling the next day.I was given this for free through the Amazon Vine program, and this product works just as well as other, similar, products I have used that contain melatonin. Itâs got more than just melatonin in the ingredients, however (you can read in the product description), and I did seem to have more of the hangover-type feeling the next day. I used about 3 squirts, so if I use this again I will probably just try 1 or 2 squirts and see if that minimizes the lethargy the next morning.Everyone is different, but this seems like an appropriate alternative for someone that doesnât want to (or canât) use antihistamines for sleep. Iâm always a little skeptical of supplements, because they arenât regulated, so you never know for sure if they have the quantity and quality of ingredients that they say they do. I am a physician, and melatonin supplements especially have been shown to often have widely variant (sometimes even more than listed) amounts of the drug than the bottle states when they are tested by an independent lab. Add to that the fact that this is a liquid that you spray, so the dosing is going to be less precise, and Iâm a little skeptical that each spray is delivering 0.5mg of melatonin as stated on the bottle. Iâm fairly certain that itâs going to be a much more variable amount.The price is currently $29.99 for 1 oz, which is a little more expensive than most other melatonin sprays being offered on Amazon (although the prices were all over the place). To me it does seem a little over priced. Hence the 4/5 star rating.Although this did work well at getting me to sleep I think, going forward. I will likely use the melatonin gummies that I have because they seem to work as well as this without the lethargy the next day. I may, at some point try just 1 or 2 sprays and see if that works without the side effects, but I hate that feeling so Iâll probably wait until a weekend.

Great product! Nice taste and effective.
I love this sleep spray! I’ve taken melatonin gummies and pills before and love this spray version. I feel like it takes effect faster since you can spray it directly under your tongue. And I saw another review that said something about it being bitter, but I actually found the taste rather pleasant- slightly sweet and minty. Overall, I really enjoy it and definitely recommend it for a good night’s sleep!

Works but bitter
This is a nice alternative to my normal sleep supplement. I generally take 5-10 mg melatonin in either gummies or chewable tablets, so I was interested to try this to see if the combination of ingredients with a little less melatonin would be as effective. This does have a relatively low dose of 3mg melatonin per serving, but it also includes several ingredients including valerian root, GABA, L-tryptophan, ashwagandha, and others that are regularly used in sleep supplementsI have a hard time falling asleep without taking anything, so it’s pretty obvious to me if something is actually working. I like the spray delivery method. It absorbs fast and goes to work quicker than gummies or tablets. It’s nice compared to gummies that get stuck in my teeth or tablets that can be chalkyI noticed it starting to hit me after about 15 minutes, and I was out within 30 minutes which is good for me. I have been taking it for several nights in a row, and I am impressed with how well it works. I don’t know that it works much better than just straight melatonin, but it works as good, and I wake up feeling rested without grogginessHowever, the taste isn’t the best. It has an off putting bitter flavor that makes me cringe a little with every spray. It won’t stop me from using it because it does work, but it might be enough to keep me from buying again. If you can get past the taste it works quite nicely

It works but its gross
First of all, this product works perfectly fine. The spray makes taking it easy and I appreciate the dosing guide on the side. However, they say this tastes like mint and it absolutely does not. Its actually extremely sour and if you don’t take a drink of something as soon as you can, it might even irritate your cheek or underside of your tongue (depending on where you decide to use it). Its not unbearable to the point that we wont finish it up but we wont buy it again and will likely try to find something similar.
