Works great, optional scent disc is strong..
It’s so easy to setup, literally take it out of all the packaging and plug it in. There is a paper-like scent bag included that keeps the device smelling good during shipping – don’t confuse that with the scent disc that’s wrapped in a foil-like bag. The scent disc can be inserted in a little cage that’s on the underside of the lid. Mine came with a clean/laundry scent and while it does smell like clean laundry, it’s way too strong for me. It’s not a bad smell!! Just super strong for my preference.It works great, heats up blankets in like 15 minutes. Does fit 2 of the ‘oversized’ towels. The device does give the fabric a bit of a metallic smell when it’s done (without using the scent disc), but it’s not overpowering or ‘bad’ per-say, just noticeable. I imagine that won’t be as prominent as time goes on and it’s used more.The inside metal does get very hot, of course. So just be careful when removing things. I keep a fist-full bunched up at the top in the middle when I put stuff in so grabbing it later is easy.I’ve also used it to warm up my clothes/socks – but if you do that make sure there’s no metal (zippers/buttons/etc) because those would obviously get very hot.

Best bathroom accessory
My husband was skeptical when I purchased this for our bathroom. But he has Fallon in love with it. Especially on the cool winter days. Nothing is better than a nice hot towel and robe fresh out of the warmer. I loved it so much I gifted one to my sister for Christmas. Highly recommend. Easy to use, looks great and there is an hour max timer on it.

Love the timer and the quality of this. It’s so easy to use and love stepping out of the shower and snuggling in the warmth of my towel. Was worried that the cord length wouldn’t be long enough, but it definately was! Very lightweight and the towels are so dry and warm!

Update: Company reached out to offer support regarding my initial concerns and I am very happy with the resolution. I am impressed with their responsive customer support.I have been using this product for just under 3 weeks now and really enjoy having a warm towel available after a shower. It’s obviously a luxury, maybe even a frivolous expense as you’re paying a significant sum for what is basically a fancy container with a heating element. It’s great while it lasts as the heat from the towel dissipates quickly before I’m finished drying off.While the product works as intended, I initially had concerns with an odour that was produced by the unit itself. When I opened up the unit for the first time, I was surprised by the strong plastic/metallic, almost sour scent. While the smell seems to have dissipated when the product is not in use, the odour was still present when the product was in use and heating. After another two weeks of use, the initial odour has finally disappeared for the most part. The product comes with a scent disc but i have not used it as I prefer scentless products in any case.The product has an all plastic exterior but it’s simple and elegant design looks nice. It would have been nice if the unit was insulated (possibly improving its performance) given the price, but it therefore unintentionally acts as a mini space heater as well.The unit can comfortably accommodate about 3-4 bath towels or a towel and robe combination. It’s hard to admit but I can’t really imagine taking a shower or bath without having a heated towel waiting for me anymore.The only suggestion that I have to improve the product would be to either incorporate some smart features or, better yet, add a physical power/bypass switch that would allow me to control the unit with my phone via a smart home outlet. I would love to be able to preheat before I get home or as required, since it performs better the longer you have it on.
