Started working great then stopped
I purchased this towel rack for a bathroom renovation. It was great when I installed it. Six months after I installed it, it would not heat up or connect to the internet so I could control it with the app. I tried the whole, unplug it and try it again. Nothing worked. I contacted the company and they replaced it. It is working great now.

Very nice towel warmer but can’t connect to WiFi.
It keeps the towels warm and is solidly built. The only issue is that it won’t connect to WiFi. It starts the process using the app and times out every time. Manual control works but I wanted the WiFi promised.
