I purchase this for a friend who is an editor. The cover is bright and fun with foil detail. The paper is average thickness. A regular pen or pencil will work. I probably wouldn’t use a fountain pen nor marker. Great value for the price. I will buy a few more to have on hand for give-a-ways.
