Warm and Cozy
I really love having my towel and hair wraps nice and warm. I have found that 45 minutes is perfect for me. I use a large bath sheet and 2 hair wraps and they fit perfectly. I turn it on, wait about 30 minutes then take my 15 minute shower. So happy with this purchase!Others have reviewed having trouble opening after being heated but mine pops open just fine.

Two times used, two times the lid would not open – GOING BACK
DISLIKED: The review that talked about the lid not opening could have been mine. I have had 2 towel warmers and love them – just wore out. I have used this twice with different time and each time it did the same thing. I’m standing there soaking wet, lid would absolutely not open. I scooted over to our cabinet on fabric so I wouldn’t slip, got a back-up towel, and dried myself. It’s going back.

Doesnât open when using
The product is stylish and heats the towels quick. We also like the shape of the product and dimensions for our area. The ISSUE is that it doesnât open when using it. The heat makes the unit expand and the button doesnât open it. I have to stick something flat like scissors in between the lid and body to pop it open. When itâs cold it opens and closes perfectly.

Perfect gift for the parents who already have it all! Can fit two rolled towels at once or a bathrobe! Not only do my in-laws use this towel warmer for themselves, they warm up towels for when their dogs have to take a bath to dry them off. A luxury for everyone.

Good but disappointing
Overall, the idea of this item is fabulous. My dad is older and handicapped. He gets cold often so I thought when getting him ready for bed this would be a great item to warm his towel and night shirt. At first it worked great but then the warmer got an error code. When I reached out to the company about it, they were pretty good about resolving the problem. They sent us a new one.Months later, we had another issue with the door opening. I reached out again. However, this time I never got a response in regards to the latch not opening. Several snails later and months to follow and still no response! Very disappointing! It’s too bad that I’m now looking for a new one.
