Relieves pain and it smells good too!
Love this stuff! I use it at night if I wake up with a pain in my knee/calf or foot. It quickly relieves any pain and helps me get right back to sleep. At that time, I also rub it into my hands and a little on my chest. It smells so good and is relaxing. I donât travel without it!

Creamy and silky
This cream is very creamy. It goes on smooth and soaks in immediately. I put it on my chest and the smells lasts until I fall asleep. It is not runny and is a great consistency. My only complaint is the price. I feel itâs a little high for the size of the jar. So wait for a sale, otherwise very worth it.

I have restless legs. I am not able to take medication for the condition. I have been using Magnesium Cream at night and it seems to be really helping. I dot it on my legs before bed and let it soak into my skin for a bit. It is not greasy and easy to use. That way my legs have been much quieter at night. It has been helpful.

The scent is great! The texture of the cream isn’t great. I know that it helped for a few people for moisturizing, but it dried my skin out pretty badly. I put it on the soles of my feet and while I did notice an improvement in being able to relax and feel sleepy, I had to discontinue using it after about 3 weeks because it made the bottom of my feet peel so badly! It was almost painful how dry my feet were. If they could figure out that aspect, I’d immediately start using it again.

I purchased the Nighttime Magnesium Cream after reading reviews how well it worked for getting a good nights sleep The reviews were positive to help with restless legs syndrome. As far as helping me sleep, it had zero affect on me; I felt it did help somewhat with RLS however I was only having mild symptoms. Will have to try when they are more severe. I did like the smell of the lavender. I would not purchase this again due to the fact it was ineffective for sleeping better as well as I didnât like how my sheets felt after putting it on my legs. It almost felt like it left a gritty feel on the sheets and I didnât apply that much on my legs.I may try spray magnesium in the future
