Fall scent but soft enough for year round
I purchased Maison Louis Marie – No.04 Bois de Balincourt which was recommended by a YouTuber that I follow. Itâs a fall scent but itâs soft enough to be year round. Itâs an elegant scent, not too woodsy. The throw is decent but Iâd prefer to get a second one for my 1700sqft home. Iâve smelt this scent before in other candles but they always gave me headaches. The burn is even and has yet to develop an indention. Great price point for such a high end candle. Hoping to make it our signature scent in our home; though Iâm tempted to try to lemon scented one. Cheers!

Best smelling candle on the market!!
I have bought this candle so many times I can’t count. The scent is perfect, smells like luxury, and is so relaxing. It’s not too feminine and not too masculine. Even though it has notes of vanilla, it smells nothing like a typical vanilla candle. It just smells beautiful. I’ve tried other candles by this brand and keep coming back to this one. Whenever it’s burning we get compliments from anyone who enters our home. It’s also very high quality, made from the best clean ingredients. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and this is one of the best. It’s the perfect candle.

100% smells like Santal 33. It has great throw and will last a long time. I’m very picky when it comes to candles and this meets my criteria.

Nice mild scent, but wouldnât pay this price again
The scent was nice, but a bit milder/less pronounced than I would have liked. It was only noticeable during burning. I burned this every night after work for a few hours and it lasted a few weeks. I would not purchase again because of the high priceâdidnât smell good enough to reorder again, especially when the scent is so light and short lived.

Great candle – close, but not a diptique dupe.
Great candle – burns well/evenly, and the scent is great for an enclosed room or smaller open space (not strong enough for a ‘whole house’ open floor plan unless you burn it for a long time). I’ve burned about 8 hours worth and easily still have 3/4 of the candle left.It’s woodsy/smoky with a hint of sweetness. It was suggested to me as a Diptyque ‘feu de bois’ dupe, and it’s close – but not exact if you smell them side by side. It is still a good ‘cozy fall’ scent though!

Smells like nothing
Iâm not sure if Iâm being duped but a coworker had this candle in her office and the sunburnt candle smelled amazing, it literally filled the room with its strong scent. The candle I received smells in the box but smells like nothing⦠I burned it and nothing. I have a feeling someone returned it and replaced the labels on a completely different candle. So disappointed

This candle smells amazing but would serve best in a larger spaced home. The was scent too strong & overcoming in my condo. I ended giving it to my daughter who is enjoying it in her home.

Favorite candle of all time
I originally found this brand/scent because it was in the ski home of one of my very upscale clients and I kept getting wafts of the scent and had to have it. This candle smells like a bougie, expensive hotel. Itâs my all time favorite, Iâve purchased this many, many times.

I ordered this candle and it cost me almost $70 Canadian. Have. Not burned it yet and smells ok. However, the packaging is all cracking arounf the bottom of the box. Certainly not the presentation I expected for such a pricey candle. Luckily I used a gift certificate I had. Would not recommend
