Amazing, lightweight, non-comedogenic face, body and edible oil
This is my favorite all purpose oil. Iâve been using it for several years. It took me a long time to find a product for my face that helped with acne, as most products create more oils and clog pores. Iâve tried at least 20 different things for a few months each and nothing helped like this did. This is lightweight and it absorbs in your skin not leaving it extra oily or overly shiny. It helps balance out the ph in your skin. It works equally well on the body. Enough moisture to produce a light shine but nothing that sits on top of your skin like lotion does. It has a slight nutty odor, which I personally love. When I spray on perfume afterwards, the oil helps the perfume last longer. Tastes great on salads and there are lots of health benefits. The color is slightly green but that obviously doesnât stay on your skin. I donât think this is for skin that needs extra, extra moisture.

Good and Healthy Oil
I use this mostly in making salad dressing, and I also add it to my breakfast smoothies, in both cases because it’s a healthy fat, and that makes it a very beneficial food. In my salad dressing I use a more or less 50/50 mix of this and olive oil, because olive oil alone solidifies in the refrigerator but the 50/50 mix doesn’t. I add in dried and pulverized herbs from my garden and high quality vinegar, using substantially more oil than vinegar, and it has a good taste and is very nutritious.

High in Omega 3s
I ordered Hemp oil from Amazon for the health benefits of its’ Omega 3 content.As always the shipment arrived quickly and I added the oil to my daily health regimen.Added bonus is that the oil has anti-inflammatory properties. Downside is that theoil doesn’t taste great, so you need to gulp that spoonful down quickly.
