I had an issue with the original table warmer I had for a month. It just stopped working. After contacting Amazon and the supplier on Thursday, I had my replacement warmer on Monday Afternoon! Thank you so much for your quick response to my issue.******************************Update, I will not purchase this product again. Unfortunately, it no longer works after only 7 months. I have a massage business in which I only work 3 days a week and this only lasted about 7 months. I’ve purchased less expensive versions from other companies over the years, and that was when I was working 5-6 days a week and doing twice the amount of massages in a week. Those warmers lasted several years without a problem. Going back to those. If you don’t care if this lasts, buy one, otherwise I recommend looking at other options.

I love this pad! Bought it over a year ago and have nothing bad to say about it. Iâm always cold and hubby is always hot, so use this under my sheets on my side of the bed especially on cold nights. I donât feel any wires, itâs soft and Level 1 is already hot so thatâs all I need. I can set it for the time I want, knowing I will be snug as a bug and it will shut off automatically. Very happy with this purchase.

I used this as a bed warmer. I bought this in September and by December the pad stopped working. The remote continues to work but the pad stopped heating up. Poor durability.

This works well.
I’ve only used this twice so far on my massage table.It heats up well, has enough settings for different intensities, is nice and cozy and fuzzy.I put more padding over it so the clients don’t feel the coils.The on/off/heat adjuster plastic “box” seems a little cheaply made and chintzy so you have to be a little careful how you push the buttons so they don’t get stuck on the IN position. Otherwise, so far, no complaints.

it gets really hot at the lowest setting. very unstable buttons: they get stuck and stop working, then you have to open up the control unit to âunstickâ the button. Iâm giving 2 stars because iâm still using it. but Iâm sorry that i got itâ¦

I have been in search of a large heating pad which also delivers on the heat. This one hits all the points. The size is perfect, and it heats up really quickly, It can get pretty hot, which I was looking for. The cover material is so soft and nice. I put it in my bed to warm it up before going to bed. This is the best one I have had so far.
