multi bottle a must for extended action
Super easy to use even for first time slip and sliders. 3 bottle warmer is definitely a must and I suggest to have extra bottles ready to replace the ones just used. I personally like to reward my partner by starting on a massage table with a blindfold, using the pump bottles that come with the warmer for a full massage experience. Once we cannot wait any longer, we hop to the waterproof bed and start pouring full bottles. The 3 bottle warmer heats quickly and maintains perfectly for a 5-6 bottle rotation.

Home Massages
Quality is good, performance is fine but could go higher in temp. I feel that it doesnât get warm enough bc the max is 140. Appearance and size are nice and looks fine sitting on shelf.

It appears that I have been sent a previously opened, returned, or used product.
Shipping box received in perfect condition. I opened the shipping box to find a damaged product box very poorly taped together with wide shipping tape. I opened the product box to find a random plastic bag just wedged in the packing Styrofoam. And the owners manual all bent up. Though, the item appears to be in good condition. And now it appears to be heating up as it should!Gonna keep the item, but not real impressed with the packaging.

Make sure your bottles hit the depressor in the bottom
I switched out the pump bottles to a pour bottle, and didn’t realize the bottle needs to hit the depressor at the bottom to let the machine know something can be heated. I thought it was broken at 1st!

Poor quality, tedious controls
I own several products from Master Massage that all function quite well, but this 3-bottle warmer has been a huge disappointment. The bottles included are of very poor quality. After just several months of home use only one is still functional. The others have swelled in size and are now impossible to insert.When I reached out to the vendor for support, they insisted I pay more for shipping than it would cost to purchase an identical set of Therapist’s Choice bottles. Beyond that nonsense, the controls are poorly implemented. The temperature must be set each time a bottle is returned for reheating. I’m shocked this is a second gen product and no longer hold Master Massage in high regard.

Fantastic Massage Oil Warmer
This is the best massage oil warmer I have ever used. It heats up very quickly and it is very safe cuz it stops heating up automatically based on the temperature I set up. Love it!

Only multi-bottle warmer with individual temp controls
Unique design, so most desirable I have found. But first purchase had faulty internal switch. Vendor would not simply replace upon return, but issued refund and I ultimately had to start over and order another. Poor review primarily for poor customer service.

Need better bottles
The warmer works great but the plastic bottles expand and get stuck. I clean the warmer and the bottles every day so it’s not the reason. The bottles should be Pyrex or a much better grade of plastic.
