    Excellent journal
    This journal has an excellent setup. It uses well known and proven mental health techniques, such as CBT, in its presentation.The beginning pages are all about giving a quick education on how to use the book and get the most out of it, this includes samples of how to the sections.Next there are daily two-page prompts that help one to be aware of and engage with feelings and emotions and how they interact. There are also gratitude prompts and a daily thought question.Every seven days there is a weekly assessment, and every month a monthly assessment. There are additional blank pages at the back of the journal.The cover is a nice deep blue. It does tend to attract lint though.It’s got a nice ribbon to keep your place.It has a full metal spiral binding. I like this because I can lay the book out completely flat, but I don’t like that when I do that and I’m writing on the left hand page the spiral gets in my way as I write toward the middle of the book. However, I can fully fold the book back onto itself and then it works better.I find that this journal provides a fairly quick and easy way to self-assess, question my thoughts and beliefs, and make corrections. I would say it takes more then 5 minutes though.I look forward to continuing my journey with this journal.

    Unique and helpful
    This is a really great journal for tracking your mental health. I suffer from PTSD and figured I give this a try to help with tracking feelings and emotions. The book is of nice quality and contains a lot of good info and suggestions on how to track your mental health. It was definitely put together by someone in this particular field. It’s advertised as though you only need to use it for five minutes a day but if you are so adept you can spend a lot more time with it. I think it’ worth 20 dollars and I expect it to be a benefit in my healing journey.

    Mental Health Journal
    What I love about this journal is that it just makes sense! It’s spiral-bound, so leftie-friendly for me. The navy blue cloth-covered hardcover with rose gold spiral binding is quite classy. It includes a matching ribbon bookmark.The contents don’t disappoint! The journal walks through daily, weekly, and monthly reflections. Within its name (Echo & Odyssey), “echo” is a name for the inner voice, and “odyssey” is a name for the reader’s mental health journey.
