Beautiful Journal
I love the way this journal is laid out in that it focuses on mindfulness for a few weeks, then once that becomes a habit, it moves you into being intentional and setting goals, and then Into self-compassion.I like that there are some very useful tips at the beginning of each section and then a lot of blank space to journal freely with key focuses each day (moments of joy, todayâs intention, etc).It is beautifully made with high quality materials. I leave it out as part of my desk decor because itâs so pretty. Would also make a great gift!

Best Journal for Intentional Mindfulness
I love this format of journaling! I have been using this journal for 4 weeks now. It is easy to follow and I am able to spend a few minutes in the morning, while drinking coffee, to set my intentions for the day. Then, I spend about 15 minutes, just before bed, reflecting on my day. I appreciate the different examples of how to be intentional, mindful, and have self-compassion. I find myself referencing them a lot. This style of journaling is helping me be more focused than if I just had a lined notebook. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be more intentional with mindfulness practices.

If you ever feel like a zombie just going through the motions of life, mindfulness is worth checking out. That’s how I used to feel, and some days still do, but if I prioritize being present, it helps a lot.”The mind is everything. What you think, you become.” – BuddhaMental health is so important and this year I made a resolution to put more effort in and do some major work on focusing on my mindfulness. Every time I do try to put being present in the moment first I have fun and remember to be grateful for the little things in my life and that attitude of gratitude is a great outlook to have during the storms life can throw at you. This little journal is a great tool to help cultivate this mindset.It has a place to reflect each day on how you were mindful that day and on the little things you experienced. Over time you can see how distractions lessen and you are able to focus and prioritize that inner peace and experience your life more fully. It has a place to set a mindfulness goal for the day and then report back how you did, what distracted you, etc. It has stress management advice and some examples of morning routines. This would make a great gift for anyone you know who is interested in working on mindfulness.Cons: This journal only covers 90 days. I wish that it was a full year journal, or at least 6 months. I do think for anyone who is just trying mindfulness out for the first time, that 90 days is a great introduction period, though. It’s long enough so they can see if it is rewarding for them to personally continue with it if they commit to doing it daily. I just wish it had more space for someone who has been practicing mindfulness for a long time already. Also, while there are some pages of advice, quotes, worksheets for things like identifying your core values, etc., I feel like some of it can get a little surface-y I wish the daily sheets weren’t so repetitive too.Overall, I think his is a great tool to cut through all the static and noise of daily life and help cultivate inner peace and help you proceed on your own personal mindfulness journey.
