This stuff is so nice
I have a really bad T-zone, very dry cheeks but my forehead and nose produce enough oil every day to deep fry chicken. I really like this stuff. I canât say it reduces my own oil production but it feels good to not be putting oil on my face when I know my skin is just going to produce more later. Itâs the first time Iâve tried any oil free moisturizers and I was pleasantly surprised when it went on looking matte instead of gross and shiny. Itâs lightweight and you donât feel like youâre caking bacon grease onto your face when applying. The consistency reminds me of petroleum jelly a bit, but if it was a little more gel-like. No irritation or burning, no smell. The reason I left off one star is because of a few minor things-1) it doesnât spread very far, I definitely have to use a lot more than other oil based moisturizers and Iâm afraid I will go through it quickly because of that, and thus have to purchase moisturizer a lot more often than Iâve ever had to, though I do still feel like itâs worth it for the cost because my face does not take well to the oil based stuff, it clogs my pores and just adds to the shininess of my oily skin2) If I have a particularly dry zit thatâs healing I have to put on a lot more extra in that spot, whereas with other moisturizers it usually seemed one coat everywhere would cut it. Not with this, I have to go back over after applying everywhere and add an extra dab on my dry zits or else you can see the flaky skin poking through3) I REALLY wish this was in a tub instead of a bottle. I hate having to spend extra effort and time to squeeze out stuff like toothpaste every single day for the last few weeks of the tubeâs life. And needing to apply multiple times when I have dry acne to cover up, itâs just a big inconvenience. I would be ecstatic if Minimalist could upgrade this to a tub that I can just screw the lid off of and take a swipe of product however many times I need to every morningAll that aside though Iâm pretty happy with the product itself. Everyoneâs skin is different; donât knock it til you try it!

Sensitive/acne prone skin MUST HAVE
I am terrifyingly acne prone, no matter the moisturizer I used it would always seem to break me out the next day or leave my face red hot (Iâm looking at you cerave) So I tried my luck with this moisturizer and omg. No inflamed face, no breakouts, no pilling under makeup. Just a soft, supple face. The moisturizer is not greasy at all, it feels so soft plus thereâs no added scent. I apply this at night after washing my face with my Mixsoon cleansing foam (which is also great for sensitive/acne prone skin) and my face has never looked or felt better. I am so glad I decided to try this product. I will definitely keep buying more in the future!

Acne Prone Skin BEWARE.
Paired this with their face wash. I felt like I was doing something good for my skin even though when applying this my skin burned a bit like an alcohol feeling.Soon enough probably after a month of consistent use my skin was stripped to heck and I had a lot of redness assumingly from my skin barrier being practically not existent dude to these products and plenty of acne to come along with it.Great CONCEPT. Bad product. Doesn’t do what it claims and also is not go for the skin it says it’s for.

So Far I Like This Product
As a bald guy, I can’t stand when lotions leave my head looking shiny. There’s one product I love that gets rid of the shine, but it’s pretty expensive. I’ve tried a lot of different options, and so far, I’m pleased with this one.It doesn’t feel greasy or oily at all. My head does get a bit shiny after a few hours, but that could just be my skin type. If you also struggle with oily skin or have sensitive skin, this product is definitely worth a tryâand you can’t beat the price!**UPDATE**I ordered two more of these, as I’ve enjoyed the product. I’m removing one start due to how the item was shipped to me (again, this is my send purchase); the two tubes were sent in an envelope. As we all know, mail carriers take great care of all packages and don’t throw them around (one tube was open, and the other only crushed).I also understand it’s cheaper to send things in manella envelopes, but lotion is probably better to be sent in a box, just sayin.

Face lotion
I am pleased with this lotion. I have very oily skin, however, there are areas on my face that tend to get dry, especially in the winter. This lotion moisturizes my skin without clogging my pores that can result in a pimple. I highly recommend.

I have combination skin so only some parts of the face alone gets oil other than my cheeks so this moisturizer actually helps me keepmy entire face hydrated. it actually works very well and keeps my skin hydrated for more than 20 hours so you can actually use it in the evening time which is more than sufficient for a basic skin care routine. And also along with this I have been using the glycolic acid cleanser and spf 50 sunscreen which keeps my skin bright and glowing all the time. Using a serum is your choice if only it is needed and I don’t think I want it as of now but if I need I will also go for vitamin C serum which is effective from minimalist. But I am not into this huge skin care regime I only stick to the basics.

What I really appreciate is that it doesn’t clog pores or cause breakouts, something I’ve had issues with in the past. My skin feels balanced, not overly dry or oily, and it looks radiant without feeling heavy.

This cream is very easy to apply and it takes only a very small amount to cover the whole face. I find it very good for my skin which is very greasy to the point that make-up and powder sits on my face and I look like an orange. Recommend it to anyone with a greasy skin.
