Quality and beauty
The towel rack has nice heavy arms and all of it is metal with a nice chrome finish. It’s a great value for the money because the quality is so much more than I thought it would be. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

High quality towel bar
High quality, solidly made, and an excellent chrome finish. I was almost turned off by negative reviews about installation and assembly problems. I found the instructions and template to be accurate. The well designed mounts are heavy duty and the slotted screw holes allow for minor adjustment for a tight fit. The toilet paper roll holder and towel rings are of same quality. For best results mount on studs or pre-build wooden framing where the assembly is to be installed. I used my own self tapping 1.5″ number 10 screws.

Worth it
This double towel bar is in our master. Has a definite richness and solidness to it. Relatively easy to install. Good diagram just helps if you have a level.

Not bad
The bars rotate and rattle when installed properly.. use silcon to sure up. Wall ancors are cheap. Otherwise great product.

Nice finish: loose mounting.
Mounting system is a poor design resulting in the stanchions being able to rotate slightly on the wall. As shown in picture stanchion can be turn out of vertical alignment. Not a huge issue, but very annoying.

Great installation template
I did watch some videos before installing towel racks. The instructions do not address the question of what to do if there is a stud in the wall behind where you want to put a screw. This is actually a good thing, as long as you have not begun by drilling an overly large hole in the wall. They tell you to start by drilling an overly large hole. So, if you are a first time installer you may want to hire this job out. However, if you have a little experience, it is quite achievable. They make it very easy to get the mounting brackets just the right distance apart with the included template. I actually started pilot holes through mine. It is a lovely high quality towel rack.

Love the double towel rack. I donât know why everyone doesnât have them. I hang up my 2 towels after use by folding them in half and facecloth goes on back rack. All dries quickly and neatly.

A nice looking towel bar, but the plastic things that attach it to the wall are useless—I had to replace all four as the bar brackets kept coming loose from the wall. Similarly, the little lock nuts that hold the bars to the wall brackets have a brittle contact: sometimes they work sometimes they don’t, and then the bars come crashing to the floor. Making the bars slightly longer might have solved some of the problem. I use it to hold one towel—carefully— but I wouldn’t risk two.
