    A well thought out and well made journal
    A well thought out and well made mood tracker journal. It is very good that the day is divided into two parts – morning and evening. Morning is on the left side of the flap and evening is on the right. So you can see through the flap all day.It is very good that many important areas of human life are marked here. So, thanks to this journal, they are easier to control. Good quality and fun journal design.

    Good mood tracker journal for teens too
    I found this mood tracker journal useful since it only takes a few minutes to complete, and it has easy prompts to track and check your mood daily. It also asks what actions can improve your mood. If you have your own mood journal to guide you when you’re feeling sad, depressed, or worried, and you know exactly what to do, I think you can manage your feelings much more efficiently without wearing yourself out. I highly recommend it for kids, not just for women.
