I struggle with anxiety and depression so this journal is great. I commit myself to logging daily and reflecting when necessary. One page for each day, no too little but not too much. Just the right amount of reflection for one day. Love this!

Great for tracking – wish the pages were colored
Love the easy use of this and how much can be tracked/logged with minimal writing as there are so many things that can be answered with circling a choice. Wish all the pages were colored. My son was motivated by the colored cover. I would pay up to double to have all pages colored.

Good way to practice mindfulness and gratitude
This is an amazing journal to keep track of essential daily function as well as gratitude and mindfulness. I especially like that there is a medication tracker and place to record what we would change if we could. This mood tracker has definitely helped me become more reflective and present in the moments.

I love it. I love the concept. However there is to many positive emotion selections not enough negative. Thatâs why I gave it only 3 stars. For someone who doesnât experience tons of negative emotions this book would be great. But for me I bounce between negative and positive through the weeks so I had to adapt it and make my own labels for them. Overall though love it itâs really great. Highly recommend just gave it 3 stars because of all the positive emotion selection.

Finally regularly tracking my mood
As someone with mental illness who should be regularly tracking my mood, it isn’t always easy to do. But I saw this journal and gave it a try. I’ve tracked nearly every day since I got this journal. I love that it tracks factors such as things that contributed to positive and negative feelings that continue to mood, whether or not you got sleep or exercise, medication, etc. I will repurchase when this one is soon to run out!

Really good idea
This is another really good idea, if you can find the time to sit and do it every day. Unfortunately with my already busy schedule, I have missed more days than I have recorded. If you have the time, I would suggest getting this and keeping up with it. It is nice to be able to go back over the previous days/months to see how your moods have progressed and what you can do to help it.

Serves it’s purpose
I purchased this journal to help me keep track of my self-care during a very busy time. I was searching for the perfect one that had everything I wanted to note. I have ADHD and struggle with keeping track and motivation to actually fill our journals. This journal makes me excited to use every day due to it’s images, not just words. Only downside is that I wish it was colored inside as it is on the cover, it’s actually just black and white, which does give the opportunity to color it in…

I love the layout and all the details with the graphics. Great prompt questions, and I like the graph inside the front page to track your mood throughout the year.You can’t use thick felt markers on it without them seeping through the pages. Easily remedied by using my pen and coloured pencils.

I just received my order and, overall, I really like it. I kind of wish the pages were all coloured, as some other reviews have mentioned, but itâs not the end of the world. I was aware of this when I purchased it and thought it would be fun to colour in my selections each day (maybe thatâs why they leave it without colour). Unfortunately, the paper is not thick enough to stop bleeding through with highlighters/markers. I wish I had used pencil crayons instead, so will switch over to them. Itâs just too bad that the first page to fill in is the back of the cover page, because the highlighter bleeding through is the first thing I see when I open it now. It would have been cute if the seller included a small pack of pencil crayons. Oh well, lesson learned – donât make my mistake!
